I go exploring in a spice market in Mokola Market in Accra to find out the names of our local spices, their health benefits and where they come from.
The spice seller was a bit shy so didnt want her face in.

No its different. Chia seeds are new in Ghana and not even sold on the local market so there's no local name for it

its not abrofosem. Most people know the local names of Ghanaian spices and not the English version. When we understand the health benefits of spices because of research done using the English names, it's to our benefit. change your mindset.
