i love how humble laughability is to not copyright strike adiano, whileas there are people abusing the copyright report system like rebootedpoppy just because kakav420 is standing up against them for promoting literal phishing sites, and that being kaka is just a dude who is a skilled editor who makes memes worth of movie quality. roblox has truly reached the lowest point of it's entire existence. i hope and wish that 2024 will redeem itself with a more safer and friendlier community instead of there being more people who constantly bypass the crappy ai moderation system 24/7 with porn and racial slurs. i can already imagine that it must be a hell on earth to be an irl moderator who actually cares for roblox. even the situation got so bad that youtubers themselves like ruben sim are stepping into the whole situation about condo games hiding themselves as low quality roblox games.

As a brasilian person, i totally understand that it's fucked up what he did. I really like watching ur vids and it's kinda sad to see that that's happening to you. I hope that this is fixed already and the fact that you made portuguese subtitles made it understandable for people that can't talk in english. You content, temprist's, and others made me learn english and im so happy bcs you guys videos are amazing! I think it's been like 2 years i started seeing english speaking content like flamingo and they bring so much fun, im really glad that i discovered this community because whenever im not feeling too happy i come and watch these videos. After knowing the tiniest bit of information on this situation it just seemed so clear that Adiano was certain you'll talk about it soon or sooner but he was also waiting for himself to make a fanbase that supports him because no matter what sounds right, the first person you get used to watching will be in the right for you and the other will be in the wrong.
If im not mistaken, there's a dub feature on UA-cam. But also, Adiano didn't ask for permission before "translating" the videos. Adiano also completly stole the thumbnails. If he was trying to translate the videos, he would ask for permission to see IF Laugh and Temprist would allow it, then at least try and make his own thumbnail. That being said, i'm pretty sure Andriano knows very well that he's stealing and also knows that it's wrong. But by saying that we realise that this is stupid and we already know who wins this argument ((for the sillies that dont get it: Laugh and Temprist win this argument)). He could acknowledge the mistake he made and try to be better by not doing it again but he didn't. There's no reason to side with him when this is OBVIOUSLY an open-and-shut case.

This guy sounds a lot like someone I dealt with a few months back who also stole my videos and used my assets without my permission. He has given credit to me, but did not have my permission to use my assets. And he still does it.

Well, in one of Adiano's community posts someone said that the thumbnail and content was copied, and one of the replies was that Adiano was deleting most of the comments that were exposing him, that's probably because his viewers don't speak english so they won't watch any videos exposing him which will make them think the content is original, then when he got a big fanbase in a small amount of time he said that the content wasn't original after and that he was making a "Translation".

if they would have reached out to these channels to do a translation with a revinue split on the videos then not only would they achieve their "goal" of bringing american content to Brazilian audiences but also would avoid this drama, have higher quality videos and also still earn money from it.
