Ingredients: Prawn Kizhi
Prawns : 500 grams cleaned & deveined
Shallots (Small Onions) : 200 grams (sliced)
Tomatoes: 2 large chopped
Ginger: 1 tablespoon (Crushed)
Garlic: 1 tablespoon (Crushed)
Green Chilies: 2 to 3 (to taste, sliced or chopped)
A handful of fresh curry leaves
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt (to taste)
Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
Kashmiri chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Spicy chili powder: ½ teaspoon
Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Tamarind water: about ¼ glass
Banana leaves (for wrapping)
