Jessa A. Well, Because Miss fortune don't very auto too much like jinx, trist, or need life steal to stay in combat like draven or grave. She is more towards Poking/AOE cause her Q and her ult. Death fire touch have 60 AD ratio, so it would do a lot of damage over time. And her ult can prox death fire touch every single wave it hit, so there is so much more damage she would have compare to other masteries.
