This was so informative. Thank you for this overview. We are waiting to buy until prices come down a bit and this was so helpful.
Out of curiosity, did you decide to buy yet?
Ya missed North Lake, Cimarron Hills, Woodland Hills, and Georgetown Heights for upscale homes up to $4m. And also Berry Creek and Serenada for good family homes with easy commutes to Austin.
How far is chic fil a and target store from wolfs ranch beautiful Tiffany thanks
Informative video. I think you, or any of the local UA-cam realtors should do a video on the neighborhoods off the HWY 29 corridor. Crescent Bluff, Riverview, Lively Ranch, Cimmarron Hills, Water Oak, etc. For some reason there's no coverage of these neighborhoods even though they offer stunning views and amenities.
That’s a great idea, Brandon! I do love that area and you’re right, there’s not a lot of coverage about it.
Name top 4 subdivisions in Georgetown thanks Tiffany
Really enjoy your videos and comments about Georgetown, I have a question what is your opinion about this new development (Patterson Ranch) in Georgetown. what is your opinion on the area and the builder. thank you !!
Any two story 4 bedroom 2/3 bath two car room over the garage and fenced backyard on a culdesac in wolfs ranch
hi hello between Georgetown, Leander, liberty hill, round rock and cedar park which is most affordable. And family Orienteer
Hi Angelo! Typically, the further you are from Austin, the more affordable homes are per Sq ft. Round Rock and Cedar Park are closest, so they have heavier price tags. Liberty Hill, Leander, and Georgetown are all relatively close in location. All are kid-friendly!
Georgetown? Seems more like "It's great; you should come around!" 👍
Did you mention the constant road construction, the high cost of living the ever growing property tax and utility bills? The inept mayor and city council that can't keep essential public services running, oh and the constant gas leaks.
Oh snap! I hope things have gotten better.
Nice 👍 explain.I am a graphic designer. Can I help you for free?
What kind of graphics do you design?
