I think this video is going to be the best video I have watched on your channel. Sitting here watching him talk is like hearing good news from a girl you love and proposed I could listen to him for 5hrs without any fuss. Guy I dole my heart for you and your business. And for you Charles, kudos for giving me this Xmas gift. Cheers. Yeboah in UK
@CharlesAntwi please boss where can I find this man l m in Europe now l want to start that business l don't know anything about it so I need someone like him to talk with so if you can help me get him number
I'm loving this conversation. You are very right on your management style. The incentives make a big difference. You are treating them as 'humans' and they will give off their best. Well done. You will go far. I can relate to the stampede for the day old chicks. My first experience, there was thunder strike and they all rushed into one corner and ended up 'killing' themselves. We lost over 100 birds. Was a very terrible scene to behold. But the good thing is that with poultry farming you gain experience everyday and you find solutions along the way and also learn from others. Well done bro.
Chale thank you for the videos educating us about these different type of farming ventures. I like how we see both the pros and the cons and more importantly seeing someone who’s still currently building towards his goal!!
No problem. My next video is on how to start a successful poultry farm in Ghana. It contains everything you will need to know as a beginner so stay tuned!
70% English 30% your language. Very good insights but the language barrier spoilt the learning process. You must realise that posting on UA-cam exposes your business to more international exposure.
name me any country in Asia, America and Europe that use english as their official language apart from Britain, USA and Canada. You have problem with it because he didn’t speak your tribal language. 🤷🏽♂️
@@sachar4777 kindly go & read production curve in layers & you’ll know when birds are almost 80weeks. You can’t get 85% production ! Maybe you have some magic. Kindly show us 😩.
@@PAR_FARM_LIMITED First you said 70 weeks, now 80 weeks and in video you said that's your daily production. Which one is it? Was only trying to help so you can observe things

How is it low? Kindly let me know. Birds are 70weeks +. We were making 90+ crates at peek .
@@PAR_FARM_LIMITED because in video you said is 73% or so. You should have minimum 85%, something is not right
@@sachar4777 at almost 80 weeks ? I should be making 85% in deep litter ?
