My Sister you must be a traditional Roman Catholic to be in God's true church. You must be aware that in Marian, and saint's apparitions and prophecies they tell us that the Catholich church IS Christ's true church. Thats why these days the devil is so much busy with infiltrating his agents in the church doing such scandals and wrong doing, if not why do you think the devil would bother with it? remember the devil wants everything that is God's. Christ Himself charged St.peter to build His church and he guided him in Rome and Christ Himself said "the gates of hell will not prevail against it" mean he trying right now but he will not succeed.

He can't wrap us in the Armour of God for peats sake, we are supposed to do that by having personal relationship with him. But how can we do that when we are allotted 168 hours a week to do so, but only give him 10 hours a week. How is that accomplished when we don't have time for him? Because of all the worldly possessions and other things we fill ourselves with the other 158 hours...

@@weiseministries6060 Well, I’m Roman Catholic and the interesting thing here is that I didn’t find God at Mass (although no doubt he was there, waiting for me, patient as ever 🙂). I actually found God in an AA meeting. That was when I first admitted defeat and surrendered to Jesus. I’m still sober and in recovery almost 20 years later. What I realized was that the act of surrender to God and acceptance of a higher power (which are steps 1-3) is something we all need to do imo. Every problem that I can think of in life ultimately comes down to putting ourselves (or our ‘self’, our ego if you want to use language of psychiatry) first and God somewhere after that. And this is something that most religions focus on. Deepak Chopra said that ego stands for “Edging God Out”, which I always liked. But that brings me to what I wanted to say. You mentioned that we only give God 10 hours a week. But the way that I look at it, is that you don’t have to be in church to be in connected to God. I feel connected no matter where I am. When I pray, or spend time with my cat and my Malamute. I feel so much gratitude just for being alive and being able to see how the simplest things are the most important.
@catsooey this is very beautiful what you wrote. Thank you for asking me that question. It's not church or anything like that. That's not what I'm referring to, your heart is what matters and your works. In a lot of the churches I grew up in, I see alot differently now and point out what is wrong that i see, they point me out lol. The Bible says that once you see the truth, even those close to you will hate what you're saying. I will reference that with a verse. I just can't think of it right now. We need to be spending time with him and learning what we need to learn. Giving your heart to Jesus and your life, you said it nicely, I'm rough around the edges, which means just that. To learn how to do that and have a personal relationship with him, as David spoke of, which is the only way it works. You're giving your life up or so we say, and it means just that. No more willfully sinning Hebrews 10:26, and skipping back and forth, it says not to return to the lusts of our past. If we don't study and seek him, in order to live and be blessed, then what's the sense of the pain and agony he went thru so we could have a chance. He might as well do what we do, say, "Hey God, you know I have faith in you." Can we just skip the hard part?". Matthew 17:21 explains the way to have a personal relationship and receive everything else that is promised, such as blessing and the absolute knowledge that he has all your needs in his hands and he will get that rent to you on time or whatever your need is, without fail. This is where your works come in, we need to concentrate on the gospel and getting it out, however our role will dictate. It says without faith it is impossible to please God. It says, without works faith is dead. So if your faith is dead then your salvation is fake. The letters to the 7 churches, each start with, I know your hearts and I know your works. I won't get into it right now but ou work are our stature once we get to the Holy City, New Jerusalem. People say they will be in heaven forever worshipping God. Can't be because heaven and earth pass away. The New Jerusalem becomes the new temple and Jesus is there, with his people, "as" the throne. I did what I'm gonna tell you, not only did it show me I'm a lousy Christian, but it also showed me what I needed to know to get my life on a true path that he picked not me. A path that I learned to decipher between needs and wants. With wants, everything I picked was a reason to take more time away from my studies and trying to stay on the path he chose. I started with Matthew 17:21 i started a fast and i started to pray, in between I sat on my bed in front of a mirror and started reading James front to back over and over until one day, it was the 4th day, it hit me and when I looked into the mirror and I shimmered. At that point you know you are getting ready to talk to God personally because alllll your sins you committed come right to the front of your brain and out your mouth. This is the beginning to the definition of a personal relationship with God. From there it was still hard tho because you have to learn that faith is what you are leaning on and how it works lol. Took me about 9 months till I really truly stopped worrying that the rent and utilities would come. Them months showed me how off I been when I said I have faith. I'd get so worried and even try to do something myself like ask to borrow or some way. It's God we say we rely on and if our hearts are true, we will have no problems. We will have trials and tribulations but they all test our faith, that's what we been promised once we admit we have faith.
So the 10 hours I meant to relate as what we give, how much time we spend with the one we call savior and have faith in. I calculated it as I did myself. I go to church on Sunday and that's usually totaled morning and evening services 3 hours. Tuesday prayer meeting 2 hours Thursday Bible study 2 hours and devotions to start my day 30 minutes a day 7 days 3 hours. That's where I get my 10 hours. For me the rest were work and sleep. How am I gonna know what the bible says, beyond footnotes and maybe something I memorized in Sunday school, to where anyone would know what it truly says. Can't know unless we spend time with it. The Bible says to serve the Lord it's best to stay single. No that he's against marriage but points out the new distractions. All he says he wants is for you to give him the glory and get him the glory out of our situations. How we gonna obtain that with only visiting him 10 hours a week? 🙂

Why financially? Is God not enough to where we pray for money and no longer look to God for our daily bread? Do not let the earthly things in life cloud your judgment brother. But be at peace knowing whatever you ask of Him that’s part of His will for you, He shall grant it. When you are born new your worldly desires take a step back, you no longer crave like you used to, nor do you want or lust as you once did. Granted we are all flesh and we sin, but your outlook on life should shift and you’ll realize it’s no longer about you, but the person next to you.❤️

Many of these prophesies can be delayed or even wiped with proper acts and prayer. The Blessed Virgin Mary stated that we should have at least 3 hours of prayer a day with which at least 50% of that should be devoted towards world peace, end to war, conversion of sinners, the Pope, Bishops, Priests, etc. - world issues. Fasting with bread and water was also advised as sacrifice for the world. Hope this message enlightens at least one person out there.

@Mark McKinney Just as a heads up, I am Catholic who also believes in the magesterium of the Catholic Church - Sacred tradition (I don't believe in solely sacred scripture). In July of 1982, Gospa appeared in Medjugorje and exclaimed such words. Now you can choose to ignore these words as no are by no means dogma (yet ;)) but the Catholic church has not discredited them. Don't want to fight with anyone, just being informative since you asked :)

No one really knows when. Only God. The turmoil in our world right now is Gods way to prepare his children and sinners to repent. I believe this in my heart. If all the world Prayed for peace God would Bless the world and spare us. We all need to look up from our cells, laptops, computers etc etc . Grab the Bible and immerse part of your day dedicating that time to him. This is the way he hears you. I have had to learn the hard way. I’m still trying to grab my Bible and give God at least half hour in quiet. It has made me feel peaceful. I am very high strung but lately I’ve mellowed out and picked my battles. We are in end times this is a fact. We cannot blame politics for everything. Look into yourselves for resolutions. We all have the power in us to reach him. Amen and Bless everyone that read this.

The world you describe is out of a zombie apocalypse movie .....who would possibly want to live in a world like that? to watch innocent people and animals die if they are outside . I am 83 years old and lately life has been a series of miserable and heartbreaking losses . Trying to prolong my life would be simply absurd.
Warning only the tough minded are allowed to read this !! Apparently about every 12,000 years or so the solar system with its galactic rotation also oscillates through a galactic dust or debris field. This field has the unique property of cancelling out electromagnetic phenomena (electromagnetic null zone). So we'll notice our electricity becoming less and less effective over several weeks to the point where all light will be extinguished for a short period of time. It'll be a consuming darkness (~3 days). At one point the Sun will look like a large brass ring and will be absorbing a large quantity of this debris. It eventually convulses and ejectes out or novas a large super heated CME that slams into the Earth knocking her on her side. We'll be experiencing major tecktonic shifts at that time. Our Heavenly Host absolutely are aware of this. I put it at 2042 to 2046.
I was raised Catholic and never heard of this prophecy.

The 6th seal and the 5th bowl both talk of darkness but those days will come after the mark of the beast and the global persecution of christians. So we got other things to be alert for. There is an order of when the tribulation and Gods wrath prophecys will be played out. I suggest to read the book of revelation like 20 times till you begin to see the order.

This is not in Scripture, that is what I go by. I would think if something that significant is to happen it would be in the Bible. I'm not Catholic and don't believe their dogma. So I will not fear. God tells us not to fear and to trust Him.
