Please ignore those who criticize. Not their horse… Not their business. I wish you all the best in the future with the changes upcoming in your lives as well as Rudnik's
I’m so sorry you have to go through this again, and while almost ready to go through delivery. Don’t listen to the people who don’t know what’s going on in your life. 20 minutes away is fantastic!
Rudnik will be happier to see you MORE OFTEN!! If it's better for ALL of YOU: THAT's WHAT you NEED to DO, HON!! YOU do YOU!! Rudnik is going to LOVE YOU, B & BABY B: no matter WHAT! HUGS & PRAYERS to YOU, ALL!!! CONGRATULATIONS on the HOME!! Sounds like 2025 is going to be THE AWESOMEST!! :)
First congratulations on your new home and first baby and only a 20 minute drive to see your beautiful Rudnik 🥰 .secondly screw anyone who is saying anything negative about how you handle things with your horse 🐴 , what I see is a young woman who is doing everything to make her horse the happiest he can be plus she has a plan in motion to have him on her own property as soon as it is possible. You should be very proud of yourself you know what he needs and you make it happen 😊❤ 2025 is looking wonderful for you and your family 🥰✌🏼💜🐴
WANT TO TALK THE "ALL AMERICAN FAMILY" ITS YOURS. HOW PERFECT AND YOU SOUND SO IRGANIZED WITH PLANNING. UOU AND YOYR BOYFRIEND ARE THE PERFECT COUPLE. HAPPY NEW 🥳 YEAR N CONGRAGULATIONS
People suck. He is obviously a happy boy! Horses don't care about fancy barns. They care about Food, friends and connection. You have always given him that. Good luck Mama, you are going to do amazing!
I cannot understand why you would get any criticism. Any one can tell how much love you have for Rudnik. You always do your best for him. Also, pregnancy is not an illness! I cannot wait to see your little man and Rudnik meet. Make sure you look after yourself. Wishing you all the best for the New Year.
My dad used to have a saying about opinions.... But I'm not going to repeat it here. Suffice to say, once you do open yourself up in the online world, everyone has one. You do you. Congrats!
Congratulations!!! I would love being 20 minutes from my horse too (I don't own one, but animals are family to me). Carrot party to celebrate!!🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕😄😂🤣😂 Happy 2025, happy new home, happy Rudnik's closer, happy new baby any day now!
New subscriber here. I resonate with your situation and thought I would comment and explain why. I live in a large urban area and for 12 years had to solve the horse boarding problem for my off-the- track thoroughbred gelding. During the course of those 12 years, I moved my boy six times. Four of those times was because the facility suddenly announced that it was shutting down or changing its boarding practices so I would be unable to get the standard of care that I wanted for my horse. This included turnout as well as reasonable daily care. Because I went to the barn pretty much every day myself, I could make up for any minor deficits in those areas if I had to. I usually had 30 days or less to find a new place, which was difficult. In part, the difficulty arose because I lived in a rapidly expanding urban area in which subdivisions are eating up farms right and left. Functionally, this meant driving at least one hour in each direction through fairly heavy traffic to get to my barn. Since I worked full-time downtown, this meant a 2-hour drive every day that I had to make. I’d often get home at 11 o’clock at night, just in time to jump in the shower, get six hours of sleep, go to work 8am-5 pm, and do the whole thing over the next day again. At the time, I also was juggling parental responsibilities for my daughter. The other two times I moved barns was to get my boy out of a dangerous situation that had developed at the boarding facility. In one case, the person managing the barn got roaring drunk and held court in the viewing area to the indoor arena, loudly proclaiming to any and all boarders that he was going to set the stable on fire. (I wish that I were kidding or exaggerating, but I am not.) Someone called the cops, this person literally ran into the woods to evade them, and within 24 hours, 90% of the borders had taken their horses somewhere else, including me. Note that none of these moves were voluntary. I eventually was incredibly lucky to end up at a semi-urban barn in a township seven minutes from my home. I don’t know how this bit of township managed not to get annexed by a municipality, but it was still rural and had a lovely barn that boarded about 50 horses. Truly an ideal situation for me. I ended up there for almost 7 years even though the care was less than ideal, because I went every day and basically made it into a co-op board situation with several of my co-boarders. Eventually, my beloved horse died in a pasture accident. After a while, I was ready for another horse again, but I just could not stomach the idea of all the stress involved with keeping a horse at a boarding facility that was both safe and close enough to my residence to make driving to it every day feasible. In the end, I decided against buying a new horse. It was just too stressful. So please believe me when I say I totally get where you’re coming from and no one who hasn’t been in this situation should be accorded any credibility about what your choices are. If you don’t own your own place, you really are at the whim of any kind of boarding situation. Notice that I did not discuss expenses. Some boarding possibilities were simply out of my financial reach. I had moderate means, but in addition to considerations of care, turn out, and location, I had to be able to afford to pay board as well. This further limited my choices. Horses are like our own children, and to see them put in risky or unfair situations is unbearable. Good luck at your new situation. I think that finding a place 20 minutes from your new house is brilliant. That is going to be so much more workable for you. After all, even city dwellers, love their horses. We buy a horse because of love. We certainly aren’t doing it to save time or money! You do the best you can, and it seems to me that you’re doing pretty well.
It’s so unfortunate that we need to rely on boarding but at least it gives us the opportunity to own horses when we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. I’m sorry you had to go through so much with your guy. It’s easy for those who aren’t in such situations to judge, but at the end of the day we are doing what is best for them whether others see it or not
Such POSITIVE changes for all of you. Rudnik nearby ...the baby arriving and a new home....with the possibility of more land allowing Rudnik to live with you. HOW ANYONE COULD TURN ANY OF THAT INTO A NEGATIVE I JUST DONT KNOW. Congrats on ALL of it. Just shut out the critics...could be envy...cuz you've got it all going for you.❤❤❤❤❤
You and B are making the best decisions for your whole family, including Rudnik so give yourselves a big hug for being so responsible and get ready for the next big chapter for you all!!
Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you! This is a great move for Rudnick, you guys are about to move into your own home (YAY!) and your little one will arrive before you know it. 2025 is looking very bright! Please at least drop us a community post once your baby arrives. Wishing you all the very best ❤❤
Smaller, closer, cheaper with 3 ladies - sounds ideal in many ways! Most of all he is your horse and you make the decisions with his and your best interests at heart. Please don’t listen to the jealous critics. Good luck with Rudnik settling and the baby. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year 🎉🐎
Thank you! And yes I agree. As much as we loved the last place I think having him in a bit smaller of a set up will be a lot better, especially once little one is here. I won’t have to trek out so far to get him 😊
Moving a horse in the middle of winter at 9 months pregnant - I don’t envy you! But once baby comes, you’ll be delighted that he’s closer to home. Best wishes for the coming year!
Definitely keeping life interesting 😂 never thought I’d be moving my horse AND packing our entire life up to move to our future home at 39 weeks pregnant 😂 gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘nesting’
7:40 “there’s always going to be some form of criticism no matter what we do”. I am so happy when I hear you learning to not take personally ridiculous comments from random strangers. I love how much you cherish your relationship with Rudnik and how you always consider his well-being. I’m thrilled for you that he is so much closer to you both now! Congrats on your new home. Wishing you a very special 2025 🥰
What’s important is that you are all together as a Family…Rudnick will do well…what he feels is your energy…we all adapt 20 minutes away is great news❤. Baby is on the way, new home 🏡 many changes for you…All will fall into place. Wishing you both a healthy Baby, to be Happy, and embrace Life together…you are all so blessed ❤
To the microcephalics that criticize moving him closer to them: you've obviously never driven those mountain roads. I have, only in the summer, and they were scary enough then. I cannot imagine driving in the winter conditions the foothills produce. Congrats to both of you for getting your new home. Congrats to Rudnik getting a fabulous boarding place close by, the ability of real shelter when he wants it is priceless. And congrats on the coming of Little Man. I hope your Christmas was fabulous, Alicia (I know I probably spelled your name wrong) & B, and a very Happy New Year.
Those roads can be really sketchy in the winter especially with how mild it’s been this year. So much snow that’s melted and froze into sheets of sheer ice. It would be nearly impossible to make that 1.5 hour trek safely and very often, especially with a newborn. Thank you for all your kind words and for joining us on our journey 💞 wishin you a happy new year and blessed 2025 as well! 💞🎊
Ohh, I am so HAPPY FOR YOU ALL!! Prayers answered! A new home, a chance to purchase extra acreage, new friends for Rudnik, a stable home for the baby, your news could not have made me happier!! I rejoice with you, and will add these to my blessing count tonight. Each night, I take a strand of beads, and the goal is to go from one end to the other, counting a blessing that I have experienced during that day on each bead. It's a long strand, and that makes me search diligently through my day. Sometimes, when 'pickings are slim' I give thanks for eyesight, hearing, my senses, the ability to read, et cetera! Your videos frequently make the count. Thus, I go to sleep with an "attitude of gratitude". You have made today wonderful!!
Thank you for sharing. You have to do what you need to do. The fact that you'll get to see Rudnik more often makes it all worth it. I was scared that you weren't able to keep Rudnik. So glad you found something that will works. The baby is so lucky to have you to show him the ways around horses.❤❤
I’m so hoping Mini B loves horses even half as much as I do or poor Rudnik may be heartbroken 🥲 but I feel like it would be hard not to fall in love with them when you have a buddy like Rudnik to grow up with ♥️
Wow, you all are kicking off 2025 with so much positivity! A new home for Rudnik, a cozy place for both of you, and now a little baby boy-how exciting! Huge congratulations! Wishing you an amazing 2025 filled with joy!
Being only 20 minutes away is huge! It also sounds convenient to your new home location. Congratulations on the baby, new home, and having Rudnick close by!
As Mel Robbin’s says, “let them”! Let folks say what they want. YOU and B know what’s best for all of you. Ignore everyone else. Other’s options are just that and have nothing at all to do with whatever you decide to do with your family. Rudnick will be fine and so will you and your family. ❤
I am going to express my opinion, which is THIS MAKES SENSE! For all the reason's you named. The timing was not expected, but it looks like it all fell into place at the perfect time. Congrats on the new home, and Rudnik will be fine in the new place. The people who were talking to you as you unloaded Rudnik seemed nice, and that helps. I think those with negative opinions should keep them to themselves. If youre not paying the bills, you don't get a say, unless it's encouragement.
Very true - and yes we have already made friends with the mares owners and they were such a huge help and blessing in getting Rudnik all moved and settled in 🥰
Huge congrats on your home purchase! And I'm so glad you found a very suitable boarding stable that is so close to home! And bonus that it is less $$$.
It sounds like a great move for all of you. Rudnik looks happy there, and I'm sure he wants to see you as often as possible, so it's all working out. Congrats on the new house!
What is important is taht you do what is best for you and your horse. No one else really knows what is going on based solely on the SMALL glimpses of your life that you share. Stay happy, stay safe.
You obviously love Rudnik & want the best for him. He is going to thrive wherever you have him. Wait till the girls get a look at him. They’re going to be fighting for his attention. The best is yet to come!!! Congratulations on your new home!!
I can’t even believe that you are getting negative comments about this new step in your life ! To me it looks like a godsend opportunity for all of you. I see only a chance to rejoice for the positive things happening in your life. Rudnik is going to be happy to see you more often and he will get used to his new surroundings in no time at all.
It’s been chaotic trying to purchase a home just as I’m about to pop - but it’s been such a blessing knowing well get to raise our son in such a safe and calm environment as we work on creating our new home together 💞🥰
@ It is chaotic and stressful in the best of circumstances but sometimes you just have to do what is best for your family because good things happen in their own time. Don’t let the stress and worry get you anxious ! Take it easy and take one day at a time for yourself and your baby . Afterwards, you will get all the time you need to settle down in your own new home .
You have to make the decision that works best for you and your family, like I’ve said the two and four legged. I don’t feel anyone on this thread should have an opinion about where you board your horse. You’ve shown to make very good decisions for Rudnick. The people that make those ugly comments are mean spirited and they don’t care about you or your families well being. Majority of people that subscribed to your channel prove to genuinely care about you and your growing family. Congratulations to you. I wish you a healthy and safe delivery, what a wonderful New Year’s! 🎉
You did absolutely the right thing by Rudnik and your family!! Congratulations on your new home. I like the fact that you get to see him all the time. You’ll all be much happier now. 😊
If your new home is that close, I can't see this being anything but beneficial to you all. Each horse will have different dietary and social needs, you are the one who has had to work this out and I am sure you are balancing what Rudnik specifically needs in your decision. Here's hoping your next video is Rudnik meeting baby
I am so happy that he is now closer. The ladies are a bonus he will come to appreciate too. Your new year sounds very exciting and can't wait for all the coming news you will be sharing. God bless and see you soon.
Congratulations on your new home! New digs for Rudnik, and most of all, a new baby! A lot of changes in a very short time! It all looks a bit barren now, but with Spring approaching, all will be vibrant and colorful. Can't wait for Rudnik to meet the baby he's already gotten to know. 💕
You saved him from a kill buyer, you've invested five years of patient loving care to undo the harm he suffered during his early days, he is attached to you in a way that he wouldn't be if you'd even once violated his trust. This old farm boy notices things about how you interact with him that naysayers likely wouldn't recognize even if they weren't busy at the keyboard typing out their trash. You're not accountable to anyone but Rudnik, so please try to ignore the caustic crap purveyors and focus on how that big beautiful boy relates to you instead. Every horse should be this lucky! ❤
Seeing him move around I think you are right about the grass. He is bulked up, and beautiful indeed. When he gets ridden more and tones up his muscle he will be even more handsome. ❤❤❤❤❤
It's better for him and you, thats what counts, he is a good boy and he does'nt seem to mind moving and now he has 3 girlfriends, happy 2025 to you all.
So pleased for you with the purchase of your home I think you made the best decision to bring Rudnick closer to your new home. I really liked the new setup where he has three beautiful mares to keep company. Now don’t listen to the haters take a deep breath and get ready to have your baby. ❤❤❤😊
Oh, my goodness….things happen, LIFE happens…! We all do the best we can in the moment. It’s obvious you love your horse; just like I love my dogs! Everything will fall into place, and everyone will adjust. Looking forward to your little bundle of boy! Best wishes and happy new year!
I know some people will criticize you, but from what I have seen, all of the moves have been good for you and Rudnik! I am pretty sure that being “forced” into a new area with 3 mares who seem to be VERY interested in him is a sacrifice he is willing to make for all of you!😀 Also, the fact that you are now 20 mins. away means more frequent visits, which is good for you and him! Congratulations on the home purchase and I hope and pray that in the not too distant future you and your fiancé will be able to purchase the land that you need to move him permanently to his forever home. The money you will save from boarding him will help with the land purchase! You never know…..look how this latest move happened much sooner than you expected! May I wish you, B, Rudnik and your precious son a very healthy and happy New Year! GID Bless you all !😀😀😀
Oh it’s crazy how out of nowhere this all came to be, of course we’d hoped we could have our own home by the time we welcomed little B. But never imagined we’d be doing it so close to the big day 😂 but I’ve learned by now that life happens when we least expect it so sometimes you just gotta hang on and enjoy the ride 😂 Wishing you a happy new year as well! 🎊💞
Ah, the keyboard equine specialists have to complain once again! Please ignore them. Congrats for the new house! I think it's wonderful to have Rudnik closer to you, you're going to be a very busy mother pretty soon and it's beneficial for both the family and Rudnik to be closer to each other. I wish you a very Happy New Year, and I can't wait to see your little cowboy! Love and support from Belgium! 🤠❤🎇🎀
I agree! It’ll make it so much easier having him halfway between the new house and town, just a simple detour whether coming or going instead of having to go so far out of the way to see him 💞 thank you so much and wishing you a happy new year as well! 🎊
I think you made the right decision regarding the time it would take to see Rudnik and the frequency of those visits. Best of luck to you, B, Rudnik and Rudnik's bestie. Bless you all. And, Happy New Year.
I can’t imagine you doing anything that would be detrimental to any member of your family and that includes Rudnik. I am pretty sure that getting to see you will be positive for all involved and I would have to say that I think everyone who follows you feels the same way! Happy New Year to you all!
Congratulations! New house and a new baby! So wonderful! Don’t listen to the haters. Opinions are like noses, everyone has them. Do what feels right for you and your family.
Human nature takes alot to get used to. Folk are yes concerned but there's a way of voicing one's opinion. I have just subscribed to your channel as only just seen your videos. Blessings from England 🏴
🐎 i'm thrilled that you've found such a great place that will work out so wonderfully for you, sweetie, especially now with the little cowboy so close to making his grand entrance! That's one less thing that you have to worry about right now and i TRULY understand that! i hope you'll be able to soon switch from seeing 2024 as ending so unexpectedly, to being able to embrace 2025 as starting out just right! Congratulations on your first home. i am so happy for all of you! 🩵☘️🥀
It’s so typical for MISERABLE PEOPLE to Criticize. It’s what they do!!!! They don’t want to see anybody Happy. Misery breeds Misery. You’ve got a Beautiful thing going …so be blessed and enjoy YOUR LIFE
I say, it's all GOOD. Rudnik will be happy there with his new "harem" and much happier seeing more of you and B. So happy for your new home, too! May you have an "easy" delivery of your little boy and a happy 2025. When I had my first, I was going "natural" and had taken classes with my husband, learned the breathing, etc. After checking in at hospital 5 cm. dilated, I thought "Oh great, this won't be long." But I stopped dilating. They suggested epidural "because Baby feels every contraction you've experienced for 6 hours" so I went for it. She arrived 4 hours later, and I pushed her out, no forceps marks, despite being numb. Once I changed my "expectations," it all went well.
HIs new location sounds ideal. It'll be good for your head to be able to see him more often. Folks that get all worked up about lush pastures don't know about laminitis!
Laminitis is so scary! And it’s one of those things that can never be undone once it starts. We got a real scare in the spring that he’d already started to develop something but thankfully it wasn’t that, and we were able to get him back to normal once he lost the weight. But lush grass can be a real k!ller for many horses unfortunately
Congratulations on buying your home ! Don't even think about the people who criticize. You have to do what's best for your growing family & Rudnik. This move seems like the best possible option for now, to see Rudnik more often, especially with a new baby. I'm happy for you, will continue to follow your adventures. From South Africa I send my best wishes for a happy & prosperous New Year.
You made the right decision! Ignore the negativity and continue doing what's in the best interest of your family which, of course, includes Rudnik. Thank you for sharing him with us. God bless.
You have to do what you have to do. Your body is an amazing walking pharmacy. Right now it’s producing all these antibodies that scientists cannot replicate and they will pass right on to the baby. So don’t apologize for being stuffy. Rudnik has such a bond with both of you and him being closer will be a blessing.
I see this as an absolute blessing from God !!!! A new house !!! And Rudnik will adjust and be so much happier that all of you can see each other. I am SO happy for you all ! This made my heart just bubble and congrats!!!!! I am so excited .....
You can rest assured, no matter the topic there are people who never have anything nice to say. This has been a wonderful story to follow and your own personal journey. Good luck and please, if you as a viewer have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. Happy New Year to all.
Man, I wish that you did not have to spend time justifying everything that you do! I understand it, but I wish it wasn't necessary. To me, there is obviously no downside, or reason to have anything negative to say. It's just win, the location. Win, the small female herd. Win, the price. Win, the options. Win, the run-in. Win, the fact of his personality not getting overly attached to horses, just mostly his own people who will now be able to see him more often, and safely. Congrats on the new places for both of you. I do not envy you moving with a newborn, but wow, new start all around, what a year 2025 is shaping up to be. I'm just so happy for you. Soak it in when you have the chance to. 1/3 of an acre is plenty for decent carrot growing, along with potatoes, beans, lettuce, raspberries, peas, tomatoes, peppers and rhubarb. We had that much space where I grew up, and the garden was manageable and prolific. We also had a great compost pile, along with eith a cherry tree, crabapple tree, and saskatoon bush. Love BC so much! All the best to you and yours for the New Year.
We live in Australia and just love watching first the 2 of you then the 3 of you and soon the 4 of you and have no understanding how anyone can say anything mean about your and Rudnik’s lifestyle. We have enjoyed you from the beginning and still do and have never seen anything that has even given us cause for concern. We ❤❤❤+❤ you all.
lowkey you can only do your best, my horse also isn't too herd bound as he's always constantly picked at/bullied so he's in a pasture on his own. the last few pasture mates he had all got too attached while in the pasture with it that made it hard for me to take him out. so glad my horse doesnt feel the same LOL he doesnt mind much. as long as rudnik is happy at the end of the day is what matters!
I'm a new subscriber and happy to have found you. A barn doesn't need to be fancy in order to offer safety and top notch care. My mare isn't at a fancy barn here in the mountains but the owners could not be better or kinder and my BeBe is happy. The other barn members are lovely and all look out for each other and our horses. You made the decision based on what is best in the foreseeable future for you your growing family and for Rudnik. Congratulations on your new home. Best wishes for 2025 and beyond!
I'm only sorry Rudnik's move was on shorter notice than you'd have preferred. Moving sucks, moving quicker than planned sucks worse. That said he looks fine and as you said he's not herd bound and the new digs are so much more convenient. Huge congrats on getting your own place!! Best wishes to you all and to your followers who care about total strangers, a horse, and Little Cowboy! Safe and Happy New Year🥳🎉🎉🥳🥂(soda pop is fine, it's the cheers that matter)🥂
It all happened so fast too, definitely quite unexpected to have so much happening so close to little man’s arrival but things have calmed down (for now) and we’re ready for him any day now! Thank you and I hope you have a happy new years as well! 💞🎊
Seems like a perfect place---it's not fancy but you aren't paying fancy prices & I totally agree that small herds are better. And all ladies---he has a harem, lucky boy! you really have to try to ignore the trolls---I do think it's kind of a hoot to listen to people who have NO idea what they're talking about. You are very kind to describe Rudnick as an "easy keeper," he looked a bit , er, wide in that frontal view. I have the same problem & I think I'll start describing myself as an "easy keeper, too!" Hope things go well with baby, I know Rudnick will be overjoyed to see him/her at last.
He needs you, you need him, and you're doing what's best for you and your horse. I had worried a bit about the distance you were trying to drive...esp. with a new baby...and the hour and a half drive...OUCH. People that scold you and claim you're harming him...pfui! (my best attempt at a typographical Rudnik snort of derision.)
He’s so sweet ❤️. He picks his feet up for you 🥰. I hope you guys have a better New Year and that the Lord would bless you in your labor and delivery. Will be praying that Rudnik will adjust to his new place. And I’ll also be praying for comfort and peace for you. I’ve been watching since you had him at the other place . DONT YOU DARE GIVE HIM UP 😢. He would be lost without you ❤️. These people who have a critical spirit should just go away or block them. Your a wonderful momma to him. And it was painfully obvious how hard it has been for you being away from him. God Bless you and your baby and Fiancé and bless precious Rudnik too ❤️
I can assure you right now that I will never be giving Rudnik up - no matter how tough times may get. He’s not going anywhere (except maybe a new boarding spot as necessary 😅) but thank you for your prayers and support - they truly do mean a lot to us 💞
How extra exciting for you guys. A new Babe & a home & Rudnik is much closer. I see Rudniks belly. Some people have no clue how lush grass 24/7 isn’t good. Rudnik didn’t look stressed he just was eyeing the 2 beauties 😁 praying all goes smoothly with your labor. I can’t wait to see the pride & joy of your life, right next to Rudnik 😂. Take care. Happy & blessed new year 🐴💕
He’s such a chill boy, I’ve trailered many horses and even unloading he was so laid back. I’ve learned it seems as long as myself or my fiancé is there, he really doesn’t stress much
Lush pasture can exacerbate any sort of metabolic issue. You chose well. He’s happier having the space to stretch his legs, regardless if there’s grass on it or not.
Well I'm glad you're doing what you need to do I'm happy that you guys finally got your own house you got your boy closer to you I wouldn't worry about what everybody else thinks like you said they're just opinions and they're like asses everybody's got one so just do what you got to do hopefully you can get them home when you don't have to travel at all to see him you go girl
You are doing the best for you and your beautiful Rudnik, he is just gorgeous‼️ Dont worry about what other people think or say do what you feel is best for him and after the baby, I know you will get back to riding, I did after each of mine. Horses are never forgotten, they are part of the family‼️‼️‼️💕💕
I’m happy everything fell into place for you and Rudnick. How great it will be to just be able to drop in to spend time with him. Congrats on your new home. Wishing you a safe and easy delivery. ❤️🇨🇦
cheaper and and closer to home. If you are happy with it then that is what matters. You will always have critics but in the end it is your horse and you treat him in your best way possible.
Moving is stressful for everyone, but once you’re in your new home you’ll all be so happy. Brilliant that you’ll be so much closer to Rudnik. He’s your first baby, loves you to bits. Congratulations to you. Wishing you all the best for 2025 Love from Cape Town
Who cares what anyone says. Also, he was really chill and you can tell he's really bonded with you guys. This is just one less thing to be concerned about, especially with the little one coming. I waiting for the introduction of Rudnik and his new pal.
Some horses become very bonded to their herd mates, yes. It's good to hear Rudnik isn't that attached and has an easier attitude about moving/meeting new Herd Members. Far-and-above that, is his continued bond/interactions with his Humans. Lots of people get a horse, fawn over it for a short while, and then stuff them in a stall for the remainder of their miserable lives, with just brief visits/rides/training. It's heart breaking to see them suffer that kind of existence. You all make a wonderful 'Herd,' and it's good to see your relationships grow/adapt!
Aaah yes was gonna say they can make a Rudnik Treat Garden to grow all his faves, maybe try different varieties and see what he thinks of tasting a rainbow of carrots. Can save even more money now, add carrot prices to that 200 saving on his boarding rent. 😂
You are a smart woman. There are no right or wrong decisions, just different outcomes. Rudnik will be fine, you have his best interests at heart. Thinking of you as you approach the miracle of birth. What a roller-coaster. I laughed when asked about my birth plan knowing baby makes the plan. May you all be well and safe as your life changes forever. From country Australia. 🩵
*Rudnick has his friends, but he knows you and fiance are his herd! Blessed Be in the new year!* *You do the best you can for yourself, Rudnick and fiance; it is NONE of anybody else's business.*
Everything happens for a reason, just go with the flow it lessens the energy resistence. Trust the greater plan for you, your family, AND Rudnick. God is taking care of you, bannish all the negativity from others, this is your life, not theirs. Your doing fantastic!
Please ignore those who criticize. Not their horse… Not their business. I wish you all the best in the future with the changes upcoming in your lives as well as Rudnik's
He has lots of room, a couple of buddies, is close. Much less stress for all. Great news for your family.
I agree! 💞
Yes, you have many changes, but, they are all great positive changes! Wishing you a New Year filled with Peace, love and joy🎉
Thank you so much and wishing you a happy new year as well! 🎊💞
HAPPY NEW 🥳 YEAR N
CONGRAGULATIONS
People suck. He is obviously a happy boy! Horses don't care about fancy barns. They care about Food, friends and connection. You have always given him that. Good luck Mama, you are going to do amazing!
I cannot understand why you would get any criticism. Any one can tell how much love you have for Rudnik. You always do your best for him. Also, pregnancy is not an illness! I cannot wait to see your little man and Rudnik meet. Make sure you look after yourself. Wishing you all the best for the New Year.
Thank you! And wishing you a wonderful new year as well!🎉💞
My dad used to have a saying about opinions.... But I'm not going to repeat it here. Suffice to say, once you do open yourself up in the online world, everyone has one. You do you. Congrats!
My father had a 😊. I said it out loud, it made me smile. You're comment made me smile❤ Rudnik is a very loved , lucky horse.
Thank you! And wishing you a happy new year 🎊
THIS MOVE SEEMS LIKE A GOOD ONE FOR THE FAMILY. HE IS A BIG PART OF THIS FAMILY. GOOD LUCK LITTLE FAMILY !
(I wish that I were kidding or exaggerating, but I am not.)
Someone called the cops, this person literally ran into the woods to evade them, and within 24 hours, 90% of the borders had taken their horses somewhere else, including me.
Oh I’m sure we’ll have lots of updates to share in the coming weeks! 🥰
So happy for you guys! So glad you found a closer location for him so you can see him anytime you want to and not deal with the hour drive.
Anything to lower the stress factors! Keep calm and carry on. YOU'VE GOT THIS! ❤
Thank you so much and wishing you a happy new year as well 🥰
What’s important is that you are all together as a Family…Rudnick will do well…what he feels is your energy…we all adapt 20 minutes away is great news❤. Baby is on the way, new home 🏡 many changes for you…All will fall into place. Wishing you both a healthy Baby, to be Happy, and embrace Life together…you are all so blessed ❤
Thank you so much 💞
To the microcephalics that criticize moving him closer to them: you've obviously never driven those mountain roads.
That's so sweet! We are so thankful for all the support and prayers! 🥰
Sounds like a “win-win” to me! Good luck with the birth! The way you treat Rudnick tells me you’re going to be a super Mom!
Horses can love their humans as much or even more than their four-legged ones sometimes too!❤
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! Wishing you an amazing 2025 as well 🎉🥰
Being only 20 minutes away is huge! It also sounds convenient to your new home location. Congratulations on the baby, new home, and having Rudnick close by!
Thank you so much 💞
As Mel Robbin’s says, “let them”! Let folks say what they want. YOU and B know what’s best for all of you. Ignore everyone else. Other’s options are just that and have nothing at all to do with whatever you decide to do with your family. Rudnick will be fine and so will you and your family. ❤
You absolutely made the right decision for your family. Wishing you, Mr. B, Lil' B, and Rudnik all the best for 2025 and beyond!
Rudnick's new digs sound perfect for him and you! Congrats on purchasing your first home together. Wishing you an easy delivery of your little one.
Thank you! 😊
WIN-WIN💖Everything will be fine! I’m so happy for him and your family! He misses you dearly💖
Wonderful!! So much closer and CONGRATS on the new house!! His paddock is perfect! Natural terrain and controlled food intake❤
@
It is chaotic and stressful in the best of circumstances but sometimes you just have to do what is best for your family because good things happen in their own time.
I wish you a healthy and safe delivery, what a wonderful
New Year’s! 🎉
I agree! We have such an amazing supportive community here that I am so thankful everyday for. 💞
Only 20 minutes away?!? That's fantastic! I'm so happy for you! Rud the Stud!
Thank you! Its such a big relief knowing he’ll be so much closer and easier to get out to see him 🥹🥰
Congratulation on your new house and on finding Rudnik's new perfect spot. You all will be happier now!
You did absolutely the right thing by Rudnik and your family!! Congratulations on your new home. I like the fact that you get to see him all the time. You’ll all be much happier now. 😊
He will be happy in his new home and you will be happy in yours as well. You did the right thing for your family (furry and otherwise).
If your new home is that close, I can't see this being anything but beneficial to you all. Each horse will have different dietary and social needs, you are the one who has had to work this out and I am sure you are balancing what Rudnik specifically needs in your decision.
Here's hoping your next video is Rudnik meeting baby
Congrats on your new homes. I know how hard the distance was on all of you. Wishing you a speedy delivery and best wishes for 2025!
I am so happy that he is now closer. The ladies are a bonus he will come to appreciate too. Your new year sounds very exciting and can't wait for all the coming news you will be sharing. God bless and see you soon.
“And all will be well, and all manner of things will be well.”. Julian of Norwich.Love ❤
Congratulations! Best wishes for a Happy 2025!
Yes, winter is a very ‘ugly’ time of year but once spring hits he’ll be out in the pasture with the girls and living his best life 🥰
You saved him from a kill buyer, you've invested five years of patient loving care to undo the harm he suffered during his early days, he is attached to you in a way that he wouldn't be if you'd even once violated his trust. ❤
Thank you 💞
It’s good that he’s closer to your home. He is just so darn beautiful, love his coat. ❤
Seeing him move around I think you are right about the grass. He is bulked up, and beautiful indeed. When he gets ridden more and tones up his muscle he will be even more handsome. ❤❤❤❤❤
Yes! This summer will be boot camp for the both of us! We can get back into shape together
It's better for him and you, thats what counts, he is a good boy and he does'nt seem to mind moving and now he has 3 girlfriends, happy 2025 to you all.
Happy new year to you as well!
But never imagined we’d be doing it so close to the big day 😂 but I’ve learned by now that life happens when we least expect it so sometimes you just gotta hang on and enjoy the ride 😂
Wishing you a happy new year as well!
You need to do what is best for you, your family, and your beloved rudnik!
I think you made the right decision regarding the time it would take to see Rudnik and the frequency of those visits. Best of luck to you, B, Rudnik and Rudnik's bestie. Bless you all. And, Happy New Year.
Thank you so much and a Happy new year to you as well!
“Opinions are like noses, and they all smell.”
That’s similar to the other body part, but they all stink, right? 😀
@@ronsamborski6230 Indeed!
🩵☘️🥀
Thank you so much for the kind words! And wishing you a blessed new year and 2025! 💞🎊
It’s so typical for MISERABLE PEOPLE to Criticize. It’s what they do!!!! They don’t want to see anybody Happy. Misery breeds Misery. You’ve got a Beautiful thing going …so be blessed and enjoy YOUR LIFE
Congratulations, and so, so happy for you! Such an exciting part of your life, enjoy every single second😊💕💕💕Sounds like it's all comin' together!
Thank you so much 🥰
I say, it's all GOOD.
Congratulations on your home.😊
I’m excited for your new home! And the thought of possibly getting a little more land and Rudnik coming home is great.
don't pay attention to the haters, he is your horse, do what is best for you and him!!!!
Thank you so much and wishing you a happy new year as well!
I'm so happy for you! You are doing the right thing, for now, like you said if those acres become available - it would be a good thing!
It would be absolutely perfect! Having him right outside of our back door is the dream 💞
You made the right decision! Ignore the negativity and continue doing what's in the best interest of your family which, of course, includes Rudnik. Thank you for sharing him with us. God bless.
Thank you! And wishing you a happy new year 🎊
You have to do what you have to do.
Thank you so much! We are so excited to start this next adventure 🥰
Sounds like the perfect solution. Congratulations on the new house and the new place for Rudnik.
You can rest assured, no matter the topic there are people who never have anything nice to say. This has been a wonderful story to follow and your own personal journey. Good luck and please, if you as a viewer have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. Happy New Year to all.
Congratulations on your new home. I know my horses loved the ongoing attention that I was able to give when we lived close by.❤
Man, I wish that you did not have to spend time justifying everything that you do!
Thank you and a happy new year to you as well! 🎉
Thank you so much 🥰
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
lowkey you can only do your best, my horse also isn't too herd bound as he's always constantly picked at/bullied so he's in a pasture on his own. the last few pasture mates he had all got too attached while in the pasture with it that made it hard for me to take him out. so glad my horse doesnt feel the same LOL he doesnt mind much.
as long as rudnik is happy at the end of the day is what matters!
the way ALL 3 mares were like "ooooooooooh, who is that fine man"
Oh he caught their attention immediately 😂
I'm a new subscriber and happy to have found you. A barn doesn't need to be fancy in order to offer safety and top notch care. My mare isn't at a fancy barn here in the mountains but the owners could not be better or kinder and my BeBe is happy. The other barn members are lovely and all look out for each other and our horses. You made the decision based on what is best in the foreseeable future for you your growing family and for Rudnik. Congratulations on your new home. Best wishes for 2025 and beyond!
Yes exactly! A happy home is better than a ‘pretty’ one any day 💞
I'm only sorry Rudnik's move was on shorter notice than you'd have preferred.
I swear all this boy has to do is LOOK at food and he gains 20lb 😂 I just say it’s sympathy weight gain along with me 🥲
He needs you, you need him, and you're doing what's best for you and your horse. I had worried a bit about the distance you were trying to drive...esp. with a new baby...and the hour and a half drive...OUCH. People that scold you and claim you're harming him...pfui! (my best attempt at a typographical Rudnik snort of derision.)
Thank you! Hahha and I love your attempt at a Rudnik snort 😂
Thank you so much 🥰
cheaper and and closer to home.
Wishing you all the best for 2025
Love from Cape Town
Thank you so much! 🥰
Who cares what anyone says. Also, he was really chill and you can tell he's really bonded with you guys. This is just one less thing to be concerned about, especially with the little one coming. I waiting for the introduction of Rudnik and his new pal.
Exactly! Having him so much closer will be such a relief. So much easier to keep an eye on him and see him as often as possible 💞
You failed to mention how many minutes away the carrot shop is! Important detail missing!!! 😂
😂😂 well now that I have space for my own garden, he’ll get his very own carrot patch this year!
Blessed Be in the new year!*
*You do the best you can for yourself, Rudnick and fiance; it is NONE of anybody else's business.*
I think it is wonderful to have a new baby and a new home, and Rudik is close by. It sounds good to me. Happy and Healthy New Year😍 to you all.
Thank you! And happy new year to you as well!
Everything happens for a reason, just go with the flow it lessens the energy resistence. Trust the greater plan for you, your family, AND Rudnick. God is taking care of you, bannish all the negativity from others, this is your life, not theirs. Your doing fantastic!
