Greg, introvert or extrovert, you sure are a good manager, because when we did the "Inmo+" class project, I saw first-hand how you respected the opinions of all your classmates, even if you had more knowledge than the rest.👏👏👏 Cool you're doing videos again!
Hi folks, the video looks a bit awkward, sorry about that. I recorded it in a different way and messed up the frame rate, I've already fixed it for the next video. By the way, tomorrow (the 6th) I'm doing live stream about engineering management, join me here at 7pm CEST: ua-cam.com/video/5F920FbIk0s/v-deo.html - I hope to see you all there!
I would add another advantage. Introverts tend to be good mediators. As a leader, in general, I see myself very often mediating discussions and trying to find common grounds to find solutions.

Good point, you're totally right!
The greatest problem with extroverts is that they are extremely annoying and they talk way too much.
Agree.
Yeah, unfortunately talking a lot often works in corporate - the more you talk, the bigger the chance you'll get what ou need
@@NotOnlyCode Oh, I know it all too well... Sick of it, really!
