Do you know where I can find in the Communist Manifesto about how the goal of the communist movement is the redistribution of wealth? Like a quote or something.
To understand it think of ancient human societies they lived in communist groups where they all did what they could for the betterment of there society, cause helping the next person ultimately helps you’re self and you’re group. Humans lived this way for most of humanity, till groups got real big and stronger people banded together. This started the slave system, you had stronger and smarter humans enslave all the weaker ones into doing things for them. This lasted up until feudalism Begun, when this begin you had kinds and land lords tell masses you can stay on this land and work and defend it and will watch over you an everything and protect you from the barbarians on the outskirts. This lasted till capitalism when the landlords became the owners and all the peasants were pushed into factory towns and started working for individuals who held ownership. This created the ideas of socialism where workers said gee at this point why do we even allow these people to rule over us and push us around. This led to movements and revolutions all over Europe and the rest of the world and was destroyed for the moment by the capitalist in power. A lot of damage was done though and the start was established. Like marx said democracy is the road to socialism the road of socialism leads us right back to communism we’re everyone works together for the betterment of society and there is no owners anymore. Now to understand the difference between capitalism and socialism it’s this simple. First you need to understand the modes of production this is the land, the factory’s, the government, the community’s, etc. All these things are called modes of production, capitalist want individuals to hold private ownership over these modes. Socialist want the people involved to hold democratic ownership over it. Democratic is democracy. Basically socialist believe society should have a pure democracy over there government or that the government should be mainly led by the masses of society. Socialist also believe the land should be owned by all those who are on it, and that the workplace should be a democracy owned by the members who work there, basically the argument goes, socialist want social ownership over the modes of production and capitalist want it to be privately owned and controlled by individuals. Hope this helps lol ask me anything else if there’s something you’re wondering about.
This was way easier to digest than the manifesto itself. And why the hell do all the evil people seem to have a manifesto, I am not suggesting manifestos are inherently good or bad, just making a weird observation. Anyway, thank you, this came in clutch for a paper I have to write about this manifesto for Philosophy 101. 👍
I just read the Communist manifesto and I agree with some of the other comments that it was a little hard to understand. You did a very good job of summarizing. Marx was very inciteful but his conclusions were flawed.
Which conclusions were flawed you like to repeat that talking point like a broken record as if capitalism doesn't inherently produce poverty and suffering everyday
This is a great, non-biased, and informative video. Thank you. Seeing how the Proletariat is so highly disadvantaged within the Communist/socialist framework, it is hard to fathom why anyone from the origin of Capitalist would consider and even denounce the great opportunity they’ve garnered from it. There is never prosperity for the individual when the State rules and owns everything. Americans jaded by the idea of socialism do so out of an detrimental ignorance as they do not see or have experience within such a pernicious system as socialism is. Somehow, they think the equal distribution of wealth will allow them more benefits when the apparent reality is the poverty and despairing rule of industry as many who have lived and fled a communist state have adamantly warned about. The history of communism is a damning attestant. Yet fools dare for change at their own demise.
Correct. And 99% of people have none. 1% have everything. This is a bad system. Read the manifesto. It’ll change your outlook on life. You’re allowed personal property (stuff) but not private property (warehouses, hotels, apartments).
How do ppl ain't being oppressed by lords & the church anymore?! & then u've said "feudalism was replaced by capitalism" since it's replaced so they are the same, right?
It never works that way. Humans will always be humans, if you create a new bourgeoise, you still have a bourgeoise. And then under those rules the proletariat can never ever escape.
I think the idea is not to build up a world where exploiters do not exist or cannot exploit. Rather, it's more a way to limit the extent to which one can exploit others. Even Capitalism, from Adam Smith, was built on a very naïve notion that the rich just need their egos stroked and they'll be fine and happy giving their money away.
@@Titanhexcapitalism was based on the fact that the way to remove any master slave relationship is to let nature take it's course. Centralizing anything just makes a cemented system for the bourgeoise to exploit.
@@Titanhex Instead of having a choice of who exploits you under capitalism, communism lets you be exploited by a single person claiming to be your leader. Unfortunately for the lower class, that means that they have to bear the brunt of force from that leader against people who threaten their control which is not something major that is dealt with under the rule of many.
@@Titanhex Only that's not what Smith said. Success is defined by the capitalists ability to understand and meet the needs of others. It's not about giving money away.
@@kj475 Capitalists don't meet the need of others. Their only objective is to generate profit. In the 18th and 19th sometimes they could fulfill the needs of others. This is an ok video but i feel like you could have elaborated a lot more for each point because some of this just felt like you were reiterating what the text said instead of explaining.
well, after your love song to a communism (it should neutral as you said. but it wasn't.) you should answer to the question: what is the outcome of this class hateful theory? humanity hateful as well.
There was actually three classes. Since the dawn of history there has always been a ruling class: Chieftains, Lords, Kings, Emperors... and their respective nobles. Everyone else were peasants or serfs under feudalism. Capitalism evolved from the Renaissance period (Milan, Venitian bankers) and the Industrial Revolution gave rise to the entrepreneur class and a large bourgeoisie emerged. So since the late 18th century, non-communist societies could be split into three distinct classes; Upper Class- Kings, emperors, lords, bishops, earls, dukes Middle-class- Engineers, doctors, clerics, entrepreneurs, bankers, lawyers Lower-class- workers
There is a 4th class, the UNEMPLOYED! When a country's economy is severely badly managed, there can be over 30 - 40% unemployment of working aged people. There is also a Criminal & Corrupt Class , who do not play by the rules as in many countries in Africa.
Nothing is different.. The top leader of both side like to be a KING of 5he world!!!! Hitler...putin...xi jin ping...north korea...cuba....joma sison..
If Roman history is an example of the important reality of class struggle, and it is, it should be noted that the General and Consul Julius Caesar was a socialist leader who enacted quite liberal reforms giving common Roman citizens land and wealth as I have been doing minorly and wish to do on a larger scale. He was assassinated by cowards; and his socialist side, his heir and nephew Augustus Caesar, put the Senatorial cowards to the sword en masse. So the rich don't always win these class struggles.

Begun, when this begin you had kinds and land lords tell masses you can stay on this land and work and defend it and will watch over you an everything and protect you from the barbarians on the outskirts.
that's exactly what we normally look for
great vid thanks!
Good, your name and place where you live.
Lal Salam! Comrade
Very well done I'd say.
I just read the Communist manifesto and I agree with some of the other comments that it was a little hard to understand. You did a very good job of summarizing. Marx was very inciteful but his conclusions were flawed.
Which conclusions were flawed you like to repeat that talking point like a broken record as if capitalism doesn't inherently produce poverty and suffering everyday
i wish this man explain the ludwig von mises' human action
Noted!
Great video, but now I feel the need to play Zelda.
Thank you
Warren Buffett pay your Railroad Workers lol
Yet fools dare for change at their own demise.
wealth redistribution always sounds good to people who have none
Correct. And 99% of people have none. 1% have everything. This is a bad system. Read the manifesto. It’ll change your outlook on life. You’re allowed personal property (stuff) but not private property (warehouses, hotels, apartments).
Nice video! I see you triggered 😤 many in the comment section. CM is a good read and has some great ideas 💡.
Has some awful ideas dressed up as good ideas as well...
The propaganda is really funny and it makes the communist manifesto sound even more ridiculous. Nice job.
rich and poor generally exists in india or middle east
if you're born rich you'll always be rich if you're born poor you're allways poor
that’s why we need nasserism , ba’athism , gaddafism ( arab socialism ) again , modern ba’athism is a joke , bashar isn’t even performing ba’athism
How do ppl ain't being oppressed by lords & the church anymore?! & then u've said "feudalism was replaced by capitalism" since it's replaced so they are the same, right?
That makes 0 sense

Communist manifesto?more like based gamer epic ahh communist Marxist Manisfesto!
But Today, with globalization and financialization, almost never profit meets the needs of the population. Pollution, planned obsolescence and capital speculation are destroying the world and humanity
This is an ok video but i feel like you could have elaborated a lot more for each point because some of this just felt like you were reiterating what the text said instead of explaining.
Y UNION? WE GOTZ EVERY STATE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND (N) INDDUSTRY.
Ok
everything is but dividing into 2 working classes isn't
Great
This is exactly the same what Malcom X promoted
well, after your love song to a communism (it should neutral as you said. but it wasn't.) you should answer to the question: what is the outcome of this class hateful theory? humanity hateful as well.
what?
robinhood 🤘
There was actually three classes. Since the dawn of history there has always been a ruling class:
Chieftains, Lords, Kings, Emperors... and their respective nobles. Everyone else were peasants or serfs under feudalism.
Capitalism evolved from the Renaissance period (Milan, Venitian bankers) and the Industrial Revolution gave rise to the entrepreneur class and a large bourgeoisie emerged.
So since the late 18th century, non-communist societies could be split into three distinct classes;
Upper Class- Kings, emperors, lords, bishops, earls, dukes
Middle-class- Engineers, doctors, clerics, entrepreneurs, bankers, lawyers
Lower-class- workers
Love Live communism
Please go ahead and live like one so you never have a say and have 0 money. You’d be doing everyone a favor living in the dark.
Not unless we Kill it...
communism is the lange Brotterode of facism and National socialism.
All Systems prosecute critics, All Systems are against Religion, All Systems indocrinate kids, All Systems end up in dictatorships with mass murder and no freedom.... These are brother ideologies and no opposites
Leaders of communist nations will always get greedy and basically instate an authoritarian regime. If not the original leader, the successors will. Communism will only ever work in small intelligent and hard working sample sizes of people
Definitely seeing the backward result of the modern capitalist mindset with snubby entitled riches
Communist is the big enemy of the Wallstreet oligarchy guys!
It's also the enemy of free thinking people that don't want to be ruled by the state
I just took a dump right in my hand. If I smear it on paper, could I get that published too?
Probably not

Correct, he was a fraud and a liar.
yes so we will replace proletariat and bourgeoise with the much better, party-member or nonparty-member system. It worked so good. That system sucks because there is no meritocracy, it turns into favor trading, corruption and lying.

-robin steal from the rich to give for the poor

This book is absolutely daemonic. As matter fact Karl Marx and dad wrote him a letter and told him he had a devil in him.
shut up bourgeois
Bootlicker alert!
damn Marx just got even cooler!
You’re right, Gods intentions were for oppression and class stratifications upheld by State violence. Every capitalist is an angel.
@Samar3n I don’t think you’ll be saying that once you start seeing little babies ripped from their mothers hands only to be sexually violated in front of the mother and then held by their precious little feet only to be slammed against the tree and exposing their brains. That’s not hyperbole that actually happened in Cambodia back in the 1970s under Pol Pot and his Khmer Rouge army comprised of teenage boys.
Do you think you could stomach that or seeing someone burned alive? Because that’s what happens during revolution there’s not a single communist revolution that ever happened that was ever peaceful. Are you ready to be loaded onto a train car and sent to somewhere cold in America or wherever you live it’s coldest spot in the middle of winter with nothing but the clothes on your back?
The whole work-value theory is wrong. Extremly wrong.
I would agree it's at least debatable, but remember Marx wrote this like 170 years ago, the theoretical framework was very different then. So it might be unfair to judge him by today's standards.
