Sylph Amulet looks really weird, I wasn't expect such a move on Elena's moveset. Overall, her new Omega moves are either the same as SF3 or really unexpected. Her Giraffe Neck looks pretty generic in a way? Like, of course she would do a handstand and then fall over her opponent! Is this a weird comment?

Is Elena's theme the only one out of the other Street Fighter themes to have vocals?
Also Dudley from SSFIV. I can't remember if any other character has vocals in their theme, though.
