I think he is less annoyed with you than he puts on. You are blessed to have met the guy at this time in your life when you need so much help and encouragement.
Hi Cheryl. I think you'll find a lot of their interaction is 'set-up', in a nice way. I don't for one minute think Thom is ever even slightly annoyed, angry or upset with Mel. It makes excellent entertainment for the channel!
Omg when he put Mel in the bag, TOO FUNNY!!!!! Tom is a handsome grizzly bear like my husband lol! .... He means business but its so easy to see he has a soft spot for Mel's shenanigans LOL!!!

I think you should have a monthly video😊 and call it "coffee break with Tom" maybe once a month just to discuss reselling and, what you guys do, different experiences, sharing tips, how he got started, what his ups and downs have been over so many years in the business... And yours to Mel. It would be great to do once a week but maybe start slow once a month and then sneak in more frequently. So happy to see you laugh and find joy. May your business double in the next year

Thom reminds me of my brother. Great sense of humor but comes across as grumpy if you don't know how to read him 😂. I often get the head shake with a slight grin when I annoy him. I'm glad your kids looked out for you and reminded mum of "stranger danger" so you didn't end up locked in a warehouse with some youtube fan stalker 😄 ( maybe I've just watched too much CSI or something). Thanks for the laughs.

Just started following your channel as I've been considering starting a reselling business. Been learning a lot from your videos, as well as Aussie Flipper, and loving the community, as I'm Australian as well, actually not too far from Aussie Flipper. I'm sure many have already said that what makes your channel unique is that apart from the advice and day in the life you provide, but the interaction with Thom and the Warehouse Boys; honestly it would make a heck of a television show, especially with your personality and energy. I like Thom, he keeps it real and he's a solid guy. He built his business from the ground up and isn't afraid of hard work, I bet he's a teddy bear underneath that grumpy exterior.

P.S. Thom is stoic...hence his cold look. The colder the person the warmer the heart :) actions speak louder than words...he helps you so that shows how warm he really is...

Change was all you needed Mel for better opportunities in life and you got them meeting Tom two years ago. He is a gentleman who has became a partner in your daily activities backing you up in your work life. Congratulations on your so deserved life change.
