Take the papers to a lawyer to find out what they mean. Most people would know not to blindly sign papers when you dont know what they are. Hehe what you get for thinking your better than anybody else. You think common sense is for common people. You're better than that.

Generally because private demeanor can and does reflect badly on the company or institute. Maybe western countries should take a leaf out of their books. Finding out that your child's surgeon is a convicted rapist whose done his time, and not lost his license is not one I'd like to think about.
