What I've learned this year: 1) Boredom is actually a key tool for brain development. It's the perfect space for your thoughts to flow, for self-reflection, and for just embracing silence every once in a while. 2) Journaling helps you tap into that space, providing clarity and perspective. 3) Tracking your progress and staying consistent with your efforts is the best way to improve. 4) Building good habits is tough in the short term, but it makes growth so much easier in the long run. Once you're accustomed to them, you'll keep improving bit by bit, day by day. 5) People who take time for granted often end up regretting it the most. 6) And remember, comparison is the thief of joy.
