He's right! You don't need a lot of money just to get started. I just spent $100.00 on ARMOUR Residential Reits @ $5.05 per just to get my foot in the door. They pay a monthly div @ 23.695. Going to be buying more soon. 💰💰💰💰💰

REITs are down avg 12% so far this year after runaway returns last year. Still a great asset class and better than the 15-20% loss on most stock sectors.

This is the first REIT video that didn’t include Reality Income (O) in its “top REITs.” This REIT is heavily involved in businesses that are continuing growing like Walgreens and CVS. I have STAG, MPE, and AMT. AMT is a position that I want to go strongly as I see that REIT as the best growth and dividend stock out there. PSEC is a REIT I feel is greatly undervalued by analyst and should not be looked past.

Anyone familiar with the short thesis on MPW? I noticed the Bear Cave has written a report on it. It suggests the PE companies supporting the healthcare providers that are clients of MPW are on loose footing.
@@josephhogue thanks and same. I just listened to their latest call and they do discuss some concentration risks but also say they have worked through them in the past and plan to again. I'm not super familiar with the industry but suppose that is just a byproduct of its structure. Not many small players but I could be wrong.

@@wai25wj I own only 20 shares in my tax sheltered IRA account and it has had dips but it's a steady dividend paying stocks. It's reliable because hospitals, medical centers are never going away. As with all stocks it's bound to have dips but that is when I should have bought more shares and didn't have my focus on this one at the moment.

I have STAG, CTRE, HRZN in terms of REIT stocks. STAG and HRZN are monthly. I've added to STAG and HRZN recently and have to add to CTRE.

Why is MPW being shorted by hedgefunds right now? The price has dropped because of it it seems.
