Why does it matter if he comes from rich family or not? Yes your parents can pay fo your education and help you to start your own business but they can't help you to get noticed (and hired) by LVMH. People are so biased towards the rich and also can't live without Cinderella /Slumdog Millionaire stories.
A lot of these interviews are very visually boring to the eyes. I don't know if its the camera angles, gender challenged postures, or there is just no energy in the producer or director. Some of them are very good, but most even if I drink a shot, I want to watch, but hell, I just don't know how to give in my interest in. It's like I'm watchin a wall.
Allan Gradus from fashion world's point of view, middle class is nowhere... And except David Beckham, being a famous sportsman's child doesn't really help I think. If you don't have any connections within the industry, you can be rich, it won't help you making it (other than being able to sustain yourself of course).
you are reaching. He came from money period. half of people in the fahion world studied magazines and went to school. he did both but had enough financial backing others did not have .
