I am planning to install a wood cooking stove next year. I have a gas-powered generator housed in the sound proofing shed I built. From about 300 feet, it is not easily heard. Even with that, a generator can only run for so long until it could fail. It is not designed to provide power for an extensive period of days. I have plenty of alternative lighting. It is the winter cold that is the challenge. I have built a picnic firepit area for the summer months. I have two charcoal grills. I can use the boiler heat with the generator support for a short number of hours, but not extensively. I would stagger the hours of operation. Another option is an exterior wood furnace that I need to add to the list of installing. With multiple resources, chances of survival increase. I have small propane heaters as another back-up. If the grid fails indefinitely that is going to make for a literal life-threatening existence. Though I live on 3.5 acres, over half forested, it is not a guarantee. I grow herbs in the greenhouse I built. Life would turn into a dawn to dusk daily challenge to use every resource, every minute of sunlight, including using almost every open square meter for gardening and all the effort that I have to survive it. Thank goodness there is an independent well. That is the holy well of life supporting liquid. For hygiene, there is a septic tank. No dependence on city services.
All of , America could wind up in the same dire living situation that the , Appalachian Mountain folks in TN, and NC are dealing with now. Prepare and Pray 🙏 For good.
Can’t have a generator when you live in an apartment. And here in the Pacific Northwest, there’s rarely sun for about 8-9 months of the year. Prep advisers need to address apartment dwellers and those for whom solar is not an option.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
1 gallon per person per day is Extremely Limiting, remember that's only for drinking not washing clothes, hands and such. It take Much more to do the thing in this video.
Just built an EMP Proff box for my predator 2000 watt generator. I have a bigger generator but the small enverter generator is more quiet if shtf. We have to be more prepared now than any other time in America. Especially with all the hate and open borders.

Duh! If the power grid goes down, you won’t be ABLE to wash your hands at a sink. There won’t BE any water from the faucets.
You are showing peoplewashing there hands from the tap in a gris down situation. Where is the power coming from to run the pumps?
