I think the point of this song is to poke fun at what we think is the ideal reaction to a breakup; it embodies those moments of invincibility that well up before we once again succomb to tears, and that's why I love the mix of the boisterous pop beat, and the solemn acoustic ending...
"Don't be fooled by all my tears." That line makes me think that she really does miss him, and that this entire song is sung in denial. She admits that she cried, but doesn't want to appear in pain. My humble opinion.
