Marlon, It seems like to me, That with these New Homes, they don't put a lot of Kitchen Cabinets. I would have put the Coat Closet under the Stairs, and would extend that space to put extra Cabinets there and moved the pantry across the other side. There are no loft, which is a bummer 😞, and only 1 Bathroom for guess Bedrooms. Liked the Walk trail path behind the house. Still liked the Video 😀❤️😊👍📸
Aww. The No loft and the one sink in the main bathroom and the tub in the primary sweet was a deal breaker. But very nice starter home or a home that you down size to. Very nice as alway Marlon. Thank you for all you do.
Hey Marlon. Ok front elevation. Do like the shutters. Not a deal breaker but do prefer the stairs further in. 1/2 bath 🙌🏼. Large and open. Peninsula. Wish had more cabinets. These models have small spaces for the refrigerators. Great pantry makes up for lack of cabinets. Not so much room for a pool. The lofts are nice but not a deal breaker. Spacious laundry. Guest bedrooms an ok size. But 3 beds to 1 bath a 👎. Appreciate the 1/2 bath downstairs. Marlon I’m hollering 😂😂😂. I just wrote about the bathrooms when you said my name. My husband looked up. Scale down on those closets and get another bathroom 😂😂😂. Great prices Marlon. New construction. Can work. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Hi Marlon, I must say I agree 100% w/Sweetlady C. & please don't show the garage if there is no lighting, what's the point of that? Pet Peeve!! Why do you realtors always say, "A Pretty Good Size", when showing the bedrooms & closets? When you can clearly see that it is not!! Just saying....
Not a fan of this at all! Stairs smack when you come in narrow hallway and let’s not even talk about the yard space
