The girl who made baingan ki chatni or baingan ka raita i call it baingan ki chatni, i make it with slight variation. If you add chaat masala in the yogurt it will take it to next level. If u have grill u can also grill baingan ki slices ko or do same on tava and give grill effect make sure it has cooled down before adding to yoghurt. It delicious with pillow or nan itself. Maybe not biryani’s cuz it has its own flavour.
