The Rhino going into the Rhino Hotel was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Then my heart was warmed by seeing the rescued elephant, great vlog this week Marcus!
@@Routesofchange All in all that rhino seemed pretty chill, the only people who were in danger were as you pointed you the people who were cornering the rhino, it should be obvious to people that that's threatening behaviour and that the rhino can't read their intentions!
Hello from Calgary. Always enjoy your postings different content from the usual. Nice to see people standing up for the working Elephants, Sorry to hear you have been somewhat unwell but great you are returning to your normal state, Safe travels.
I just love that I can watch your world meanderings from my Vancouver Island home. You are an inspiration! I laughed out loud when the rhino went into the rhino hotel! I particularly interesting video that was. Stay safe!
Very special for you seeing the rhino up so close! Nice too, that the NGO Stand up 4 Elephants, is improving the lives of working elephants and their mahouts. There is another NGO called Wildlife SOS, based in India, who rescue mistreated and neglected elephants from their so called 'owners'. It is so nice to see rescued elephants being elephants and not being slaves for humans and tourism. This little town of Sauraha was very sweet and I loved the surrounding lush Chitwan Nat Park. Thank you for sharing this, Markus, and have a wonderful festive season!!
Magnificent sighting. I’d love to just see rhinos and elephants (not working ones) walking down the street, and in my yard. A dream come true almost, real pretty area too
Amazing - what a rhino-in-town sequence... Have a whacky tropical Christmas, and don't forget that tracker when the time comes, all the best for the New Year and the final furlong!!
I'm hoping to touch base with you. I'm on my own journey around the world. Only that it's in one city, (which is close to Niagra Falls or Toronto. It's all because some guy in 2013 challenged me to find what it meant to care again. My journey has taken me approx. 5 years hoping to finish next year around this time. Someone just passed on your story and I'm so happy with what you have accomplished. Congratulations.

Rhinos will attack Elephants if they feel cornered, it's relatively common in northern India. There's a good reason Elephants give them a respectful berth.
Than you so much for your support, and good luck in your crazy journey !!
Thank you for doing the good work!

Thanks Colm! Rhinos are dinosaurs if I've ever seen one.

Even if he could read their intentions he might be super angry! :)

I did not even know that Rhinos akso live in India or Nepaö.
wait a minute! what is it? and then, in the mist… boom! a rhino! my lower jaw just fell on the floor!
Nice!
I believe the rhino would give the elephant hell🎉
