he set it on the akatsuki server not bancho, relax plays get pp on akatsuki

@@Proplayerhereo basically the osu everyone plays on is the bancho server, there are multiple other servers, some are public or private, and the akatsuki server is one of the servers that allows relax plays to be submitted and have pp, however scores on akatsuki are only in its server and are not submitted on bancho
