Inspiring story , Even after I struggle a lot , I did B-Tech from UPTU , but in our collage campus placement only 2 company came 1st was TCS which reject me into written test , 2nd company was Mindtree who have pre filter criteria like only no gap education can sit into placement , since I have gap so they did not given chance for written test .
after 9 month of struggle I got 1st job of 5000 per month .
today I have 8 year of experience and my current package is more then Tcs / mindtree max budget for 8 year exp.
I fallow simple process focus on learning , dedication, determination and hard work
@1 One it depends on ur learning skills but althought u can learn java in one or two months and dsa in 90 but u have to practice alot of questions related dsa.atleast more than 300.

Very right, for any interview they always mention qualification nd skill set required. Nd it's always btech, mtech, mca or some cases bca. Then you disqualify by default on the qualification requirements forget appearing for interview. Somebody kind enough gave her chance while ignoring her educational background. Credit goes to that person nd here she is boasting about her achievement... 🤪🤪🤪

I am working in IT not developer, and have degree msc IT still faced issues while getting job. I have started career in small company of 10 people in a room even got job after 10 months of passing the degree. Only people who get placement from colleges get the job directly, I have seen people with bsc in chemistry working in IT after placement from their college.

Little bit same story as my brother ...he has fail in 12 science after that getting admission in diploma civil engineering, and completed it in 2008 ,after doing degree in civil engineering, completed in 2011, after that doing jobs and then after work as labor contractor for 6 year then they turning there path and start learning graphics designing and doing small work like logo making ,poster making,video making and in june 2022 they crack interview for post of senior software engineer without any computer degree

I got bullied in Indiamart by my senior and parallel colleague, but never after that. mera promotion hua Indiamart me and me unka senior ban gya then one by one i keep learning new technologies and over the period of time i traveled many countries.

People need to know this stuff about coding they don't ask degree or branch, ye to fir bhi arts background se thi yha bohot se log aise hote hai jo engineering background se hote hai bas branch mech ya fir electrical hoti hai they think coding unka Kam nahi hai and focus on their stream but engineering ke baad pta chalta hai ki real stuff ya mostly jobs IT sector me hi milte hai and fir vo degree ke sath sath 6-7 mahine ka course karte hai and IT company me place ho jate hai so think about CODING too.

Degree se jada jaruri Reference hota hai mare pass MA B.ED,LAW, ITI computer deploma hi but Reference nahi hai isliye jobs he nahi mil rahe so mujhe ab lagta hai agar reference na ho to degree & deploma sab bekar hai
