The greatest goalkeeper in Zambian football history. His ascent has even changed to that of south African with the number of years hez stayed in south Africa
How is changing an accent an archievement worthy to mention besides Tonga accents is more like zimbabwe and south African accents, nothing has changed about his accent. Iam saying he is a legend but accent thing is misplaced
Interesting interview. Good points were raised, hopefully they will be taken into consideration especially where he mentioned the lack of experience in the NT. Mweene is a legend!!
Still remember how worried we were when Kakonje got injured and a rookie Mweene had to start away to Congo Brazzaville in 2004. Mbesuma scored a hatrick, the rest as they say is history.
We are proud of Mweene. Let the young footballers learn from him. His attitude on and off the pitch shows discipline. What these young footballers eat and drink after each game needs to be checked. Others we know are champions of Liquor!!!
Very well spoken.. Here we are the truth is out. Faz at fault in a way.. Team management is offside too. Our football is at loggerheads n no progress going forward.
Great goalkeeper indeed, I like his acsent, he sounds like a South African. These are the pipo we need in our Zambian football, we need pipo who think outside the box
I would like to advise that let us not forget to include in our Zambia nation team some old players from the team that won the cup of nations and the teams which came after. I know some of them are still active in other countries,if they are still playing in those teams how can they fail to play for the nation team. The other thing let's maintain players and not changing every time. Players need to get used to each other,if a player does not perform well today work on his weakness
Experience play on the field is really needed and again yes only a group of true champions can be hungry enough to get the results on the rectangular platform. Not disrespect but how can a young boy like Mwepu be given such a huge role of captaining his fellow young boys in the pitch.
Who can tell us the reasons for a fall of Zambian football? My opinion, the lack of reasoning by the new camp ... who feel having a new team will give them results.
That is how it all starts. Mweene did not become a legend there and then. There are lessons to be learnt, positives and negatives. I am however pleased that we are coming up with a team rather than relying on tired legs. This team when well molded will culminate into a great team. Let the discussion continue and let us not have hard feelings for the sentiments being brought through, while also let us not be too negative and critical. Experience and discipline is cultivated and nurtured. It just doesn't come. Otherwise, we are are on the right track.
Kamanga has really destroyed zambian football ⚽️...Mweene knows that and he can't just say it....kalusha bwalya is an experienced player who changed the zambian football and he needs to be voted back and take this business man out
There is no patriotism from Zambian footballers playing in the diaspora, even when they are called to play, they don't put in much like they do when they are playing for international clubs.....it's a shame, let's emulate other guys from other countries.
Some parts of the answers provided are not coherent, they do not address the questions asked in a direct manner. We simply praise for the sake of praising. It was an average interview.

The greatest zambian goal minder the country has produced is Emmanuel Mwape...this is very undisputable!
You can tell that Kennedy Mweene is broken 💔

Kennedy Mweene is right.
We still need some 2012 afcon winning players.
But let them know in good time when needed.
The legend himself
The boys are doing well but there is need to mix the old and new.
Kennedy with a South African accent, #RealAfricanLegend

Mwandi mweene don't come please let young philosopher take over
Why is there inconsistent in zambian football in terms of performance on the pitch is it administration or players luck discipline?
The big man has heat the nail on the head he's right
Who can tell us the reasons for a fall of Zambian football?

Most decorate player in southern africa
Greatest galkeeper
Is it only me but Mweene is speaking and sounds like a southAfrican
You can here Kennedy throwing in some Sotho slang when talking. Mans is now half South African
Mweene is good at saving and shooting penalties
He cold have made a great name if he played in Europe
His accent has changed sounding so South African
Mweene 16

Is he a former Zambia Goalkeeper or he is still?
Christiano, jao motinioh & pepe for Portugal, Karim for France. Messi, dimaria just to mention a fill.

Ati the team is lacking experience but you are refusing to come and play. Is that not Hypocritical?
Twalumba
Also lack of passion and discipline in the current national team
