Keep the LIGHTS On. I go to small towns on the weekend and they are always closed. They have lost so much money from me and other travelers. Because they are always closed. Stay open especially on Thursdays Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. Put signs indicating store 1 mile away...something like that. Like promote clean restrooms , drink prices , homemade burgers, instant coffee with French Vanilla creamer available I'd stop here before any Starbucks. I'd stop every time while traveling.
