the head of division2 is really the worst i've ever seen! all the things they did with GOT7 are happening the same with ITZY too. maybe its even worst for ITZY now. even studioJ and whoever is managing NiziU now are making engsub right after the videos out but division2 just...but engsub or not is fine for me. i gave up on that. all i want now is division2 can stop being so lazy and work hard for their artist. ITZY is a rookie but division2 dont even care about promote them more. after comeback promotions, you wont see ITZY anywhere. its just weird. ITZY is so famous when they debut. i dont know why division2 dont work hard for ITZY?

I really like Park Jinyoung(JYP) but since he step down as a CEO and JYP Entertainment are soo big nowdays and has a lot of group to handle...Things really get out of hand especially the management to the certain group...I really hope that they do something to make a better management (sorry english is not my first language)

that is division in charge of the artist's fault! if you know division1 and division3, you will be blown away by how good they are at manage their artist like STRAY KIDS and TWICE. esp. division1. i know STRAY KIDS is still not famous in Korea but ever since debut division1 really has been doing a very great job for STRAY KIDS. their lasted comeback had amazing promotions. division1 gave fans new contents everyday during 4 weeks of promotion. and even when they dont have comeback, STRAY KIDS still has new content every week. its division2. division2 is lazy and dont work hard at all for their artist. they work a little bit when ITZY or GOT7 has comeback then after that they stop. you wont see ITZY or GOT7 anywhere after their comeback.

JYP is just a company. Do you know all the stuff that Google offers employees in their facilities? This says nothing about how good of a workplace or employer the company is or how ethical. They do this so you rather stay in the company buildings instead of at home, so you work instead of relax or meet family and friends. Don't be fooled by this superficial stuff, it means nothing. Btw, even the "no contacting employees at home" means nothing, perhaps because of that they now have to stay longer in the building. Companies have one purpose only: profit. The shareholders demand it, and they have total control.

Jyp is not the ceo, he doesn’t MANAGE them but just helps with their training and producing
