CLOSE CALL! Clutch release bearing hurt. First Elimination @ NHRA Winternationals 2020. E1

We're here at NHRA Winternationals in Pomona, California. This was a close call in the first run of Eliminations.
Up against Ray Martin in the right lane. Ulf had some problems at the starting line. A throwout bearing in the clutch got bad. When the bearing started to go away it started to wear off material of the levers and Ulf got less and less release in the clutch and it dragged more and more on the starting line. This of course made Ulf loose concentration on the tree. As a veteran driver he is he managed to win the round anyway. Next run we're up against Terry Ruckman.
