Greek Frappe

Instructions on how to make a Greek Frappe. I used a single teaspoon of coffee but you can use more if you like (the typical amount is 2 teaspoons). Ensure you mix the froth completely so until there is no liquid remaining, and place the ice cube and pour the water and milk(optional) into the glass slowly so as not to upset the froth.

Loved these when we visited Greece last year. Although it seems like you can make a decent one using a passata bottle (mum used to make hers just with a plastic water bottle, as long as it has some ridges in it) and giving it a good shake until it doesn't slosh around anymore. It's not as foamy but when you have limited bench space/can't afford a mixer it's a useful cheat xD;

I need an electric handheld Blender (not with battery) strong enough to make milk-cream for coffee.
I had one but the motor burned out after 2 years. I need one that will last at least 2 years.

It’s Nescafé Instant Coffee. If you have access to a a Greek deli they even sell Nescafé frappe coffee from Greece
