Hi Chris. No, it's not a venturi type of thing. Water is too heavy. It needs air or some other gas. Just a regular air compressor is usually great to get the job done
Why is no one telling you the fix for a shallow well that has lost volume because of a ball of lime or some other substance around the well point on the outside? You know out west I have heard on those deep wells for oil and water they will lower a small charge and explode it so the well can produce again or lose it forever. I have heard of people firing a gun down their well to do the same here where wells are shallow. Has anyone heard of this or actually done it? I could see high pressure doing the same if you had access to say an oxygen bottle and released the pressure all at once down the well. I should think 200 psi released all at once would blow that away without damaging the well pipe.
Do you sell them in the US?
Will a Wimpy or a grumpy pump work?
Can it be used with water instead of air?,delivered from a fire pump.
