I think part of the reason she draws the emotion out of us is that we feel a protective love for Angelina it hurts to watch her hurt. The video of her with her grandmother in the hospital had me a blubbering mess. Here it had me tear up when I saw her with her grandmother before she even started singing.

Adele was my absolute favourite female singer until I discovered Angelina and then I slowly realized that this little girl could sing Adele better than Adele does, consistently. Adele should be proud (if it doesn't depress her too much) to hear someone put such beauty in her music. And, by the way, this video was posted 15 hours after the original. 😎

I tear up each time seeing Angelina cuddling with her grandma and then she starts to sing. We angels owe so much to Angelina's family for doing such an awesome job raising her. Angelina chose her singing career seemingly from birth and was so fortunate to be in a caring and loving environment, allowing her to blossom. Angels, go easy on Angelina and her family and give them all the time they want before allowing Republic Records to promote her.

Yes, remember she's 15 and in high school. First they have to get the album put together, and then when they release it she'll need concert dates and various TV and radio appearances to promote it. The school year ends in June, so that's the time frame. They don't have enough tracks yet, but we can get an idea from her Tik Tok posts since she can't resist, and she's singing constantly anyway
Absolutely! We find ourselves conflicted between our desire for her Stardom and Fame, and our desire for her to experience a happy and carefree childhood and adolescence for as long as possible. I've seen so many stolen childhoods, and the aftermath of an adulthood filled with sadness and depression. From my vantagepoint, Angelina's life has been filled with love, joy, and a deep commitment to music and making life better for all humanity. I'm not sure anyone could write a better script.

I know I've said this elsewhere, but I feel that because of all the turmoil in the world, with Angelina coming into our lives as such a beacon of goodness that we feel protective of her. I, too, harbor an almost a fatherly feeling of protectiveness towards her even though I of course don't know her. I'm also so grateful that her family is around her and she is so well grounded.

A Angelina fan told me to close my eyes and not watch Angelina sing just listen to the song from front to back like I was hearing a new song from a unknown singer, and I would feel the difference. I had my doubts, but when I did as she said I was amazed. It was like you were listening to a mature 30 year old singing DIVA / Legendary singer, not a 15 year old singing a cover. I said to myself "This is like listening to the most famous singer in the world." The judge at Norway's Got Talent had it right when she told Angelina "You are born to sing " You really are music"

And I really appreciate Republic Records getting on board with HER vision of the song, the video directed by Cole McCarthy which includes that tender moment with her grandma (after she had surgery a few days ago) and with Rob Christie RR Studio Director and two time Grammy nominee on keyboards. I was looking forward to your reaction and I'm not disappointed. Adele's performance is pristine, but when someone who is, after all, still a child herself, can so convincingly and beautifully inhabit so sad a song, well, you aren't the only one who needed a tissue.
Gitana, you get so emotional as soon as she starts singing. It's her voice which comes from deep within her. We all react the same way. We cannot resist, she is in our hearts. Then, she pours it on with her vocal gymnastics and lyrical interpretations and we are just in awe and, most importantly, we feel her love inside us and we genuinely love her in return.
Gitana I think the fact that Grandma was in the hospital for surgery recently and Angelina was so scared to lose hear had a serious effect on her emotions while singing this, hence at the start with her Grandma there she was singing to her so don't feel bad for crying. The passion was there

I've listened to Adele's version (Terrific!) and about 10 or 12 covers, some of them really good. Angelina's just stands alone above them all. Yes, a great song by Adele, Angelina just has this way of drawing us in to the story, she has such respect for Adele. She adds the tenderness and vulnerability that Adele does not quite show an often used comment is With Adele you hear it, with Angelina you FEEL it!- I hope that you remember the tissues for your next Angelina reaction....
Sometimes you get the feeling that Adele is aloof, like she knows she is a great singer and she has trouble hiding it the way she sings.
I've watched this video with a bunch of different reactors. At some point they always mention Angelina seems to have a little extra bump in her emotional impact. I point to her grandma having to have cancer surgery in the last month. While it was successful it still put Angelina through it. So that kind of reunion vignette in the intro was an indication of how much these two feel about each other. We all get it when she sings. Thanks for your reaction and the tears.

I don't think Angelina has experienced most of what she sings in most of her cover songs. Yet when she performs these songs her heart, soul and emotions shines bright. Awesome reaction as expected.
I think we sometimes forget that young people are capable feeling pain and experiencing traumatic lost.

Angelina tells a story of when she was 8 or 9, a woman came up to her and said that Angelina's singing made her cry. Angelina was very apologetic and said that she never wanted to make anyone cry, she wanted people to be happy. The woman gave her a hug. So don't feel bad Gitana, Angelina does this to every body. I do wonder what Adele thinks about all this, and even if she knows that Angelina exists?

I fully expected this would bring you to tears. How did I know? Because when Angelina sings an Adele cover, it usually brings ME to tears! (We have this in common.) And no, Adele's version didn't move me like this did. It's just another example of Angelina's superpower: conveying emotion through song. I'd also like to thank Adele for again giving us a beautiful song -- so Angelina could perfect the performance of it. It's also amazing that Angelina was able to produce this gorgeous rendition in only about a week's time .

Why she is able to do this time after time to get all of us so emotionall i think is because she aint afraid to let us in to her soul that both can be so powerfull and also be so frail. Not an unpopular opinion -- Angelina's version, her emotion, hit me harder than Adele's version. And I love Adele! This young woman is just something incredibly uncommon! Great reaction, so raw and emotional!
