After watching this guy cook over and over, I want my own beat up, dented frying pans. :)

Good dish-I was looking for a salt cod stew recipe when I came across this and it has the best of the recipes I have seen and the added touch of cream at the end-can't wait to make it.

Take one look and you can tell that this man is a true Chef!! I don't mean by his size either (I actually weigh just about 400lbs.) I mean by his demeanor and the way way he handles the pans and ingredients! Truly a Master!!!

Oh!!!, another thing, we have a small restaurant here in my home town that used to be really good, they have since gone down hill... sad but true.... they have dummied up the menus so bad, .... well you know. Everything is just fried. No love there anymore. They could use a good chef with some skills and imagination.... Happy New Year Jack, Best wishes for 2021!

That looks simple and delicious Jack! Would you use a fish stock instead of chicken?... might taste that much better. I was a merchant seaman for a time and we had a Portuguese cook on of our vessels, she used to make a Portuguese fish chowder that was to die for. Alls I remember is, is it had a clear broth. But man!, was it good!

Sounds great James. Fish stock is always best if you have the racks. Best In 2021, Jack. Become a Member of “Cooking With The Blues” www.patreon.com/cookingwiththeblues
