Mew and Gulf are such awesome role models for young gay guys. For too long, gay people have had to grow up on their own because being gay never used to be something that you could talk to your mum and dad about. When I watch Mew and Gulf interact, the thoughts that keeps racing through my mind are: "This is what a good, positive gay relationship looks like" and "This is how being gay works." I wish that I could have seen something like this when I was sixteen. It would have saved me a tonne of heartache and and ocean of misery. Mew and Gulf, whether you are gay or not doesn't matter at all. I would just like you to know, though, that you are both doing a really wonderful thing for humanity with everything you do. So many struggling gay guys in the world will gain strength when they see such a terrific same-sex relationship in action and that so many people are cheering you on. You both deserve all the hearts that you have won.
THIS! THIS! I've never witnessed a same-sex couple to be celebrated and cheered on like them before. The more I indulge in their interactions and how their fans publicly voice their support, I become gradually infused with hope. I used to perceive this identity of mine as an anomaly and each person who identify with the LGBTQ+ community has to fight their own versions of demons separately. It results in acute loneliness and sometimes helplessness, because you're aware that this community is huge, but you also acknowledge that each person who belongs in the marginalized communities is already too occupied and exhausted from weathering their own hardship. So, to see a same-sex couple declaring their admiration for each other loudly and exhibiting their romantic gestures overtly on a national television, triggers me to feel that my story deserves to be celebrated, too. It shouldn't be buried or alienated anymore, because I'm the one who gets to define how my story will be told and I'll never allow myself to be engulfed in guilt or shame anymore. Simply put, they save my life.
@@ryankerr9758 That's very powerful writing, Ryan. I'm with you all the way. Watching Mew and Gulf and hearing and reading all the support and love from their fans makes me feel the best that I've ever felt about being gay. This couple is sunshine for me.
Omg your comment! I also think like that. P'Mew especially because he's open about being okay with both female and male. He's a great role model for LGBT community. His relationship with Gulf is like how relationship should like. Full of love and always taking care of each other.
their height difference while sitting~~ 😅😂😂 my other ship, Nomin is also like this, same height when standing but Jeno looks smol when sitting~~ just like gulf 😅😂😂😂
