Hungrybox probably have the toughest in terms with crowd and fans :
- The boos and all the threats he gets
- "Hungrybox kills melee"
- Because of him "we cannot thrive on viewership"
- Twitch chat goes apeshit when Hungrybox clutch out a win or when he gimps/cheese a player
- Someone THREW a crab at him after winning a tournament
- Every stock he takes or games , there is this dead silence, and when he loses a game or he is on last stock , you can hear the crowd goes wild and yelled "ONE MORE STOCK"
- The only time I remember the crowd root for Hungrybox was all the way back in 2015 when Leffen was the villain, on Sandstorm where it was the only time I saw the crowd genuinely rooting for Hungrybox.
- Hell, people even defend Ice Climbers players against Hungrybox, when Hungrybox time out Chudat, a lot of people where going apeshit about it, so they are telling me that a "one grab instant kill" is more legit than a strategic "time out" ?

@@John-nk3ej - Lack of game integrity if you mean as like he does not want to play friendlies cuz he does not want people to get good on the Puff match up? I mean , on the other FCGs, that's a super valid thing to do. Amsa does not play friendlies either to give info about his Yoshi, in street fighter it also applies where many top player would not play friendlies not to give away information.
- His personality or his "fake persona" does not have to do anything with anyone. Did he ever harm someone? does he do bad things? If people take his personality personal than that's their own problem.
- When you mean sportsmanship, do you mean as like not congratulating the other player or like "watching his watch" or "the controversy of EVO of 2017?"
- People don't give Hungrybox enough credit what he does and what he have achieved. Many top players have call him out like Hax$ saying that he is a fraud, or like Leffen who is saying that people just choose not to play Puff for the best of the game?
I mean , he is the only Puff player who have been at the very top for more than 10 years, and his wins are been taken away because his "character is cheesy , easier to play , and gimmicky"

Les français, voilà , moi j'adore le français. C'est ma langue maternel et tout mais bon, Armada et sa communauté sont anglophones et c'est très insultant de manquer de respect à sa communauté que de leur imposé notre langue qui est hard à apprendre alors que c'est nous qui allons vers eux. Sur des jeux en ligne comme LoL je suis tout à fait d'accord sur le fait de parler français, de chercher ses pairs entre guillemet. Mais là, on est sur une chaîne américaine et venir et insulter cette communauté qui ne comprend pas ce qu'on dit et se sentent exclus de "chez eux". C'est grâve et Bronol se retrouvera sûrement mal à l'aise de voir ses fans imposé des choses à des anglais dans leurs propres "zones communautaires". For the English people who read this comments, I am sorry if the French people have disrespected you.

Actually most people who say this say it mostly as a joke. "haha french people cant speak english" and vice versa. We should think of it more as a friendly joke but thank you for bringing your attention on this. :)

It's "La baguette", yeah cause in french every objects have a sex, its only a matter of "better pronunciation" (yeah we all know it's a little bit dumb) and there is no logic behind the reason of sex in words except for "it fits more like that". Per example, everytime a word is invented, people fight at if its supposed to be male or female pronunciation. the most recent example is COVID, people were fighting if it was "la COVID"(female) or "le COVID" (male), lol

Plus some specificities like "ç" instead "c", "à" or "a", "é" "è" "ê" "ë" or "e", lot of synonymes, very difficult conjugation (like "to be" which become ; *Je suis, tu es, il est, nous sommes, vous êtes, ils sont*. Easy, right? 😂).
French is very complexe. Maybe not as complexe as Dutch or German but still...

Nah, they're both great in somewhat different ways. Emplemon goes much deeper into Hbox as a person and the irony of his treatment, while Bronol's is more celebratory.
