- In this video, I'll share my wholesale offer formula that you can use to dictate your first or even your next deal. This is my 60/25/1 Rule, and it can be used to literally tell when you're close to getting a deal. You can also use it to scale to multiple deals every month. It's up to you! Great video I live in Cincinnati ohio would you recommend 60 percent for my market region
In a discussion with my friend and he says in order to even put forth 25 offers, we are likely contacting 1000 people each month. I said theres no way, because we are suppose to vet our leads to be more highly motivated so we aren't wasting time and money contacting low motivated leads. So my question is: Is he right? Will we have to contact 1,000 people before we sign a contract?

Do you make offers to all the leads that come in since some sellers are more motivated than others?
Yes. We make offers on all leads provided they give us enough info to make an educated offer. Hope that helps.
@@jamelgibbs Yes, I'm new to wholesaling but not new to selling. So yes I can see why it is 25 and not lower because you expect a lot will not be accepted because some may not be motivated as others. It makes sense to because they might reject today but weeks or months down the road that could change.
5 offers per day...100 per month! You should be able to easily close on 5 multiply that by 5k easy 25k month min
