They heat saturate. Need a way to get rid of the heat, like a fan.

These are okay. They feel nice and cool when you jump into bed, but then like after 10-20 minutes, depending on ambient temperature and your own body heat, they get warm anyways... So if you can fall asleep in 10-20 minutes, they are great.
