Maam aapne bola ki inner side of the membrane is negatively charge due to negatively charged protein. But maam hamne to padha hai ki inner side of the cell is negatively charged due to less conc of K+ ion
means K+ ion conc is less inside the cell in comparison to Na+ ion conc outside of the cell

Less concentration of K+ create less positive inside the cell membrane but the presence of negatively charege protein also provide high negativity inside the cell membrane of neuron..... please read the book VANDER'S HUMAN PHYSIOLOHY PAGE NO. 143, heading - Basic Principles of Electricity of membrane potential.
