Pretty sure decade already has ohma power due to him having zi o power. And since decade could use any form of any rider for example, accel, titan, Pegasus and many other. Decade should theoretically be able to use zi o's OHMA form.
I mean when it came to the mask, there are other similar situations where this has happened where fans thought of it; an example like Kamen Rider Chaser looking similar to Kamen Rider W/Joker
This may be the only time I'll be unreasonable with Kamen Rider, but this better be a upgrade for Decade with Masahiro Inoue returning. Completely fine with him being a new Rider long as it's the same character. Several Riders have done similar things (like: Black RX, Saga --> Dark Kiva, Riders who have had multiple users), just PLEASE make it cool, canon, and at minimum equal to Ohma Zi-O. I'd rather have two Riders who are an unstoppable force and an immovable object than the dick measuring nonsense that was the Decade vs Zi-O special where neither Riders were well represented. Of course, there are questionable Riders who are also God Tier like Gaim, Geats, and can't forget Genm (lol) that will be up in the air on if they could actually beat the two (cause people forget that not every ability a Rider has is part of their Rider powers). I feel there needs to be a cap when it comes to Rider fights with Decade/Legend(?) and Zi-O/Ohma Zi-O being the highest limit. We're still amazed and entertained by weaker Riders so there's no reason to mess with the power scaling of the series as a whole unless a story is AMAZINGLY well-written and well thought out. Could other Riders match the two and eventually we get an epic God Rider War? Sure. But again, the writing would have to be fantastic for them to pull that off which the Decade vs. Zi-O special showed they are not ready for that yet. Anyway, just hoping this is an ascension for Decade and not just a design inspired by Decade cause that would be such a let down even if the side story with Gotchard is great. Too many buttons being pressed to not be Decade's revival into a Legend!
Kamen Rider Legend has become one of my favorite Kamen Riders, and I'm curious to see how he would utilize the Legend Rider Chemy Cards. This means that now we have 3 legacy-type Kamen Riders that debuted outside of the mainstream Anniversary media. The other two being Kamen Riders Zein and Fifteen. This means that my dream Kamen Rider team consists of: - Decade - Zi-O - Revice - Fifteen - Zein - Legend I wish this dream team would happen in future Kamen Rider projects, perhaps in Decade 20th Anniversary 😆😂
