Astaghfirullah !Never ever thought to ponder on this subject ....gave me goosebumps and tears swelled up my eyes .I seek forgiveness from Allah swt on behalf of the entire ummah and myself for our shortcomings.
this shekh is also speaking classical arabic, some of his expressions are mentioned in the quran like: "hayhat summa hayhat" and : "ya waylahum summa ya waylahum"
One of the worst mistakes Muslim rulers from Turkish & Timurid descent made was that they preferred Persian over Arabic. This one incredibly costly mistake on their part has cost the Muslim Ummah way too much over the centuries and we`re still paying it`s heavy price.
Because the `Arabic language is too eloquent and beautiful for them, so they adopted the majoosee language because it has sounds like like their own. That is why people like Turks and us Albanians totally *butcher* the `Arabic language. Literally about 10 letters/sounds are shunned/butchered. It's embarrassing. For example, the letters ه, ح, and خ, all just becoming regular H. ق and ك both just become K. No hamza, no `ayn. And many others. Of course the one that kils me the most. The letter و (waw) is mutilated into "vav". Which is why I get called a VEHABI wherever I go. LOL
@@CGJUGO80 May Allah reward you. I am trying to follow the Salaf. My Arabic is ridiculously weak. Please pray for me because Arabic is an amazing language. When the Qur'an is recited it softens the heart.
@@CGJUGO80 yes mistakes were made. But also sometimes you have to understand context and circumstances.... Small example... When mongols invaded at time of ibn taymiyyah... Not all mamluke rulers were good with Arabic. Most were and some were better than others.... But there was a lot of mixing... And eventually the strength went to non Arabs.... Even from the time after ummayyids... The process had started in Abbasid times... Arabic was supreme... But the other influences of East and West grew.... Until when it was crushed and it was from the remnants of the non Arabic languages got ascendency. Even until recently the gulf was quite firm...
As-salamu 'alaykum wa Baarak Allahu Feekum, If I may ask, which method would you recommend to study Arabic? Would the Madinah Arabic series be a good way to start or a different method? Jazak Allahu Khair.
Wa Alaykum salaam, It is recommended to have an Arabic teacher who will guide you step by step if you make mistakes. I have come across an institution that teach Fusha Arabic via Skype and they are cheap. 1st class is free so you can decide whether you want to study under them or not. Best part is that you get an official Ijaza(certificate) from a sheikh, check it out yourself: facebook.com/LearnArabicAndQuranEasy/
Too bad Qu`ranic Arabic or Classical Arabic is no longer emphasized in Arabic speaking Muslim countries. It`s one of the reasons for why even Arabic speaking Muslims are being mislead by deviants.

Then you wonder why it was 700 years of nothing but grave worshiping sufism.
