Can somebody explain Wtf happened with the relegation? Parnu should be in the 2 division now, and Maardu in the first. What happened with Maardu?? They won't play even the second division, and what happened to Tulevik, they should be in the Premium Liiga.
Very late reply, but if you still want to know.. TL;DR answer is that covid happened. Due to financial difficulties caused by covid (AFAIK), Tulevik decided to give up premium liiga spot before season started. Due to criteria established for these cases, Pärnu got the spot. Maardu hasnt been playing for premium liiga spot for 2-3 years now.
