Lauren Flyman, AKA Lauren Jumps, jump skipped her way to global fame when she discovered her talent for jump rope routines!
Lauren first picked up a skipping rope in April 2020, during the UK’s first lockdown. Since then, Lauren has been sharing videos demonstrating the different moves she was learning, including; ‘Cross Straddles’ and ‘The Running Man’. Her videos soon went viral as she created a band of followers looking for home exercise routines!
