do it in parallel as you will make your foundation strong with c and cover dsa in c++ as well.

Stop getting fooled and wasting your time listening to any advice that is on selection of a language. Know that when someone is claiming to "help" you choose a language then himself/herself has flawed knowledge of programming fundamentals.
You can pick any language that has static typing with strong type system (If you're unsure what this is, clear your fundamentals first.) and get started.
Also, there is no 'end" to learning DSA(or as a matter of fact any concept in computer science), so you can achieve certain level of mastery in x days/months but it can't be the end of it.
