Thanks so much for giving a brief yet very informative struggles that Tolstoy underwent; one that everyone can identify as his own whatever your class in life. Your narration is so rich.

Human are sent & required as children. Many have gone and many more ready to go as devotees or subjects (by Allah) for want of children more & more are sent the population increases on earth.
If anyone questions human existence then they should also question the existence of any living thing.. Trees, deer, cats, dogs, flowers... any living thing has the same inevitable end.
The hope and belief in existence after death is what drives us toward a happy life on earth. Living up to God's Will seems impossible at times but... If our souls are to be saved and go on after we die, we MUST live a servants life. All life is suffering, that is inevitable because we are striving to reach Heaven. We (Humans) have created our own struggle. As we get farther away from God's Will the struggle becomes more intense. If you want a better existence, make others existence more beautiful!
It’s 7am and I couldn’t sleep thinking abt why we are here then I opened UA-cam and here I am.

attachment brings suffering.
Be grateful , live simple.
Remember nothing in this world is permanent.
@@walidsoroor8619 the permanent has the potential to be perishable and the perishable has the same potential to be permanent. Its all about having access to the potential and what you make out of that potential.
Is that the answer why we are here? What a joke!
Life is a mystery. Mankind has always sought to understand that mystery to the point where it could drive one insane.
Totally agree with you. The more you search, the more you get lost.
it's like a blank piece of sheet where some stare at it as it is some write something and some draw something whereas some throw it away
Or we're an accident🤷🏼♂️
Very True, man will never find the answer for the being of life.
We exist for the glory of God. Jesus died so we could spend eternity with him. John 3:16
Everything is flowing. It is fluid. Everything is always changing. Like Helen Keller said: the world is full of suffering BUT it is always full of the overcoming of suffering. To me aiding in the ending of that suffering and helping others is what matters. What you can do in the present and what you can overcome is what matters

Just like the trees, birds and other creations like oceans, mountains stars and rains, we are here to look ourselves, and everything around us and to marvel at the awesomeness of the handworks of our great God who seats on the throne and to worship him, until it's all over. We can never truly know the depths of this life because no one has ever come from the death to tell.... It's still a mystery hidden in God alone. He says, "That which the man known is that which is revealed to him, but that which he will never know is hidden from by God"
We are here to understand, care, and contribute. May we leave the world improved for our presence.
The world has never been a better place. The devolving of man makes this clear. It is not the 'better' that matters, but the ability not to make things worse.
The only way we can make world better is to leave it!

Abraham Lincoln often wondered why we struggle, go through tough times , just to die.
His favorite poem goes something like this.
Tis the wink of an eye.Tis the draught of a breath. From the gilded salon to the briar & shroud.
Why is the spirit of mortal so proud?
I forgot a line , but it's still a beautiful poem.
I think the poem is titled " Mortality".
mⁿ
This line, taken from the poem "Mortality" by William Knox, essentially asks why humans should be so prideful about their lives when they are fleeting and ultimately end in death, comparing life to a mere breath and a journey from luxury ("gilded salon") to the grave ("briar and shroud") - highlighting the impermanence of our existence.
Does anyone here know why we go through tough times,,?

This video beautifully explores Tolstoy's profound journey in search of meaning. At 00:00, the opening questions about existence and purpose immediately drew me in, reflecting the universal human struggle with life's biggest mysteries. 🤔 At 03:43, the description of his existential crisis and how even success and family stability couldn't fill his inner void was deeply moving. 💭 The moment at 05:48 where Tolstoy's exploration of philosophy and science is highlighted showed how these disciplines, while insightful, often fail to answer life's "why" questions. 📚 At 10:03, the analysis of the four approaches to coping with life's absurdity was both eye-opening and relatable-especially the concept of people distracting themselves with pleasures to avoid confronting deeper truths. 🍯 Finally, 13:41 brought the turning point where Tolstoy discovered the power of faith through the simple lives of farmers-a powerful reminder of finding meaning beyond rational thought. 🙏 This video masterfully conveys how Tolstoy's journey can inspire us to look inward and beyond for a more purposeful life. ✨
Thank you for this valuable sharing🙏
Losing the ones I love is so traumatic for me, I refuse to love again in this world. In the last two months I have lost my last dog and my pet racoon. Now, I am where I should have been all along, this world can not take much more from me. No more attachments. Mark Twain in the Mysterious Stranger notes, we become attached to objects and when we lose them, we lose a bit of our soul and a better understanding of the Buddha's teaching of non-attachment to things of this world comes from knowing that the attachments are meant to drain us of our life force.

People don't know how to sit still and be quiet that's why we suffer because the mind is always analyzing the meaning of things, but you just need to learn to sit quietly so that the mind doesn't interfere then what you're looking for will reveal itself.
But there is more suffering than that type of existential suffering. There is, for most people of the world, constant threat of war, famine, military occupation, unemployment, illness and poverty etc. If the only suffering one has can be solved by sitting still, then we are very fortunate.

Spot on
I wish he could read the Holy Bible, a book administered by the creator of this universe Himself. The eternal peace only can be attained by following the footprints of Prince of peace Jesus Christ only. Tolstoy eventually came very close to the living God but doubt that he gave his life to be a born again Christian
@barneyshaw7285 But the bible is so full of flaws and discrepancies, not to mention immorality, so what kind of god would "administer" it? A flawed god indeed. One that also demands adoration.
The meaning of life is the time will come for sure where there will be no one around to even remember if you ever existed. This should be enough to crush the ego of every narcissist!
I can relate to his existential struggle. Growing up as a cradle Catholic, I gradually became disillusioned with what I perceived as the hypocrisy of organized Christianity, especially the fundamentalist version which always seemed steeped in back wood’s ignorance. Yet despite this, I could never deny the unexplained that happened with some frequency in my life. I hesitate calling them miracles because I’m not sure what a miracle is. What matters is that his newfound faith changed his focus from satisfying himself to focusing on others. He seems to have come to an understanding that true meaning emanates out of our relationship with others. At least that’s the lesson I’ve understood from this.
I will share this, at one point during the Covid pandemic, our son who was normally a good student, was struggling academically his senior year of high school. At one point, in a moment of despair, I asked my wife what are we going to do? As I finished the sentence, a crucifix mounted on an entertainment cabinet fell face down. My wife was seated, and I was 10 feet away. We have a single story home on a concrete base with Terrazzo tile flooring. I can’t explain this.
Thanks for sharing this!
Very well summarised the life theory of Leo Tolstoy.....only faith and simplicity can make life peaceful and meaningful.
Thanks for the summary
Tolstoy's story is almost exactly like mine ! Questioning human beings' existence and its meaning in this world, especially given we have to die and what is death all about, is what consumes me daily, not the material gains nor the academic accomplishment nor the physical looks, just the why of life. It seems we're all just on stage performing and each act brings on new characters performing the same drama and the previous actors are all gone, never to be seen again....is this what life is all about ?
yes, It feels this is what life is all about
This question about the meaning of life of Tolstoy was answered by the wise King Solomon. If you want to know the true purpose of meaning of life here on earth. Get the Holy Bible and read in the Old Testament "the Book of Ecclesiastes". There King Solomon gives us the answer. He tested everything, he had 2,000 women in his life, was the richest King in his time, made Israel prosperous and yet he was asking the question like Tolstoy, what is the meaning and purpose of life? He gives the conclusion to the matter or answer to the question "why are we here and what is the purpose of living after presenting to us all he discovered. This is important to know and understand. Because man invents/creats a lot of things, A car is made to transport us, a chair is made for us to sit on it. Everything we see invented by man has a purpose and function to accomplish. So the question is, if God created us in His image and likeness, then what is the reason and purpose why He made us? Find the answer in the Book of Ecclesiates. 😊
The question/point you raise has no doubt been contemplated innumerable times by humans for hundreds of years. However, putting orthodox religion to one side for a moment, maybe consider this...if you don't 'remember' pre birth/existence then what is there to 'fear' in returning to the same state? - no pain, no suffering. It's a mind numbing thought of course, and a concept that is almost impossible for our brain to comprehend. But what we can't change or 'escape' we simply have no other option but to surrender - and many accounts of people near death have a common theme, which is their only regret is not living there life true to their own feelings and worrying too much what others thought of them etc. That said, on a cosmic basis, it is a miracle we are alive on this tiny planet with a thin atmosphere at the optimum distance from a star in the first place! There is majesty and wonder in that. On a personal basis I believe science demonstrates that energy cannot be destroyed, it simply changes state - if you are not just an arm or leg say, then isn't it just possible our individual energy (soul, lifeforce, spirit - call it what you will) would continue? There's a train of thought to suggest if we knew all the answers there'd be no point hanging around on the 'earth plain' with all it's trials and tribulations. Possibly we are 'spirits' having a human experience, not vice versa? We're all on this journey together, you are not alone 🙂.
If it is faith he discovered, it is a mechanism to deal with the question that plagued him, not an answer. May be that question is unanswerable. Maybe each person has to define meaning in their own life.
Exactly 💯

You are right.

Unfortunately there is nothing after death! But I know I will not miss anything
The meaning of life can not be possessed by the intellect but perhaps can be experienced moment to moment by the heart.
The heart? What about the rest of me?
I've lived a long life and watched as two of my children grew old and passed. Long life has brought with it all the struggles one can have. Understanding without explanation brings peace. It took me longer than most to understand myself. I was in 40s or 50s when I finally accepted who I am and stopped pretending to be someone else. I was always a little slow with those things in my youth.
It's not the knowing which only feeds the ego BUT the Becoming which feeds the Soul that's important.
When my mother passed away at 70, my mother in law consoled me that mother is now in the garden of my heart. This is life’s continuum , in the Universality of Nature; the faith of Nature, without the confined , tribal religion of my youth. This is also in the wisdom of the founding fathers of USA as, in the Declaration of Independence, in effect to remove religion and to pursuit faith as in the stated “ God of Nature; Nature’s god”.
Tolstoy is blessed as he lives on in the life of the intellect advancing civilization of the human being evolved to be the most resourceful in the animal kingdom.
We're here to Know, Love, and Serve. Hopefully, we will leave the world a better place.
I agree. You summed it up.😂
I need not have an afterlife or faith in a god. I find purpose in alleviating suffering where I can and perhaps leaving my corner a little better. Keeps me from fretting about my eventual death and oblivion.

Animals, not surprisingly, cope with a similar dilemma. A young puppy felt terribly unhappy. What is the meaning of life? How can I find happiness? Much to his surprise someone had the answer. _Happiness is a dog's tail._ Now he knew. If only I get ahold of my tail I will be happy. The young puppy spun around in circles until he was exhausted, but no matter how hard he tried his tail remained just out of reach. Happiness, for him would remain elusive. After that he abandoned his quest and simply set about his business. And happiness followed him everywhere he went.

I have had similar struggles throughout my life, and was surprised, that someone as astute, famous and accomplished as Tolstoy pined over the same concerns as I, in my somewhat pathetic existence. It seems, that the intelligent minds of humans are simply inadequate, when it comes to comprehending our own existence. Possibly it is like living inside of a box, our own bodies and minds, in which our vision is so circumscribed, that we are unable to see a more objective, clearer view of our own humanity. Instead, many prefer to give difference, to what most of us believe is a greater intellectual or spiritual power outside of and beyond ourselves, as Tolstoy did. This seems to be our humble and final option at least in our present form, which can supply us with some peace and some much needed humility.

Time erase our good and bad works. Time believe and consciousness are the most mysterious words, objects man will never know. Thanks for sharing.
I agree with you, Tommy-t. Faith isn't an answer to the question. Tolstoy was very Christian in always looking 15:39 outside himself for an answer to a very personal question. "Who am I?" The realization solves the problem. All problems.
When Leo Tolstoy sought the meaning and purpose of life, he struggled to find a definitive answer because he focused his search outward rather than inward. In reality, the objective world is shaped by individual subjective perception. Thus, achieving a profound understanding of the “Self” is inseparable from comprehending the universe and reality itself. By delving into the essence of one’s consciousness, one can uncover the universal truths underlying existence.
The essence of the “Self” is paradoxical-intangible, elusive, and yet undeniably real. This contradiction challenges the conventional outlook on life embraced by most people, who often prioritise external validations over inner exploration.
When we are young our focus is on worldly matters, money, looks, possessions sex. But when you get older you realise that these things are diversions, escape from the hum drum mundane lives that we all live. At 69 I ponder the same questions , what is life’s purpose and how can it just be over when we die. ?
Marveling at beauty as it is manifest in nature, this and 6 to 8 beers every night gives me comfort.
They don't correlate. Alcoholics (and you are one) don't give a damn about nature's beauty, only about their next alcohol fix.
Life isn't about ones self. It's about what we can do to help others. When you look to your own happiness you find only emptiness. When you open your heart to others the whole universe takes the journey with you.
The essence of life is that its a irresistible journey without any purpose because the purpose fluctuates in every aspect
We are a conscientious, an energy form. We are trying to experience the positive and negative. We can t experience negative in what you call heaven. So we come here to grow and experience. We learn. We don t have to be here, it’s our free will to grow as we want.
Thank you. This is very enlightening. "We don't have to be here, it is our free will to grow as we want." is a profound statement. Pls continue to share your thoughts. ❤
Faith, in itself, may not be an answer - but it is, usually, an essential part of the path.
As we evolve from a material, dualistic world into the non-dualistic realm, faith helps to sustain us as we wander into the darkness of the unknown. Logic and rationality, words and concepts, work fine for our everyday existence, but they have their limits. In order to transcend those limits, and to see what the 'finger is pointing to', means leaving behind all those props and ego sustaining ideas - and to lose such things is frightening. It is then that faith steps in and allows us to make that journey.
iF You can't find purpose in life then you have to create one.
Great insight! 🙏
i feel happy when I see good looking girl. It's not that I will approach her to have a relationship. I just feel contempt when seeing someone attractive and Hope one day although it's very unlikely I get to meet someone like that by chance in the future
Finally faith is the answer, the end of the road, but faith in what or faith in who?
Imagine a particular law and each of them have a frame of reference that law works only in that fram of reference, for example newtonian laws of motion act in a newtonian frame of reference. Now consider your body to be a frame of reference for which the existing laws are true example gravitation, aerodynamics, friction, fluid dynamics etc etc., and then any law beyond that frame would not be experienced by you or having you as a frame of reference right?? But may be there is another science explaining how can you construct an additional frame in this existing frame to have a experience of other laws that is beyond the reach of your existing frame, i.e. the materialistic body, then you can get an access to those laws which are from a different dimension right? Now at this moment you need to believe that though your frame doesnot support the laws beyond what it can actually percieve, that doesnot mean a different reference would fail to explain them as well, This faith that there may be a higher frame of reference is what it means to 'believe' or "Have faith" and the faith is further extended to the hopes that i) I can make a additional frame to seek those laws within the existing frame, kind of like a platform app to launch android apps in pc or ii) By moving to a larger frame being aware of the transition just like discarding your old android to experience new and exciting features on your i pad. In this case you are something that passes on one framw to another frame without being destroyed and that is more significantly a subtle dimension in the frame of reference of a material body. I hope I was able to understand what is faith😊🙏

@@ninanoble8252 Faith is not the answer, it is the steadfast, unwavering focus on the journey. Feelings that cannot be described and which transcend all things is the answer.
Gotta look at religion and the Bible from a bigger picture. Think cosmically. Religion is just a way of life. Human ignorance with greed and lust. Without paths of a good way of life and humans, even the non religious gets chaotic. The ones who say they don't have faith say "God help me" or "Jesus" or "Allah" in moments of despair or joy. It's all a way of living in a peaceful way with faith that there is more which drives us to do better and raise our children right. Humans will literally get so chaotic we will breed with animals and lust and the animals in us will take over or the "demons" as the Christians say. Imagine if the book of Lucifer spread along with the other 3 spread instead of the Bible. No matter if we believe in it, the hate will be everywhere and considered the norm. And whatever suffering comes, let them come, accept it and still be happy for nothing. Because it is we who control our emotions.

I was quite surpised coming across this video as i myself have always really questioned the meaning of life.
I suffer from deep depressions and anxiety and my mind will never just switch off even when i try to sleep, then when i eventually do and as soon as awake enough my mind switches back on immediately with various thoughts running through my head like water through a tap, and not just daily ordinary thoughts of each day. I regularly wish that my mind would just switch off for a few hours to allow me to rest properly, but it never does.
I know that we are born to this world and life and fill in the rest of our lives with whatever life sends our way until we eventually arrive at that time of leaving this life for whatever and if any life we have after leaving this one?
I do believe that there must be some sort of existence after death, this life being a hands on learning process for the next.
I also believe that from the moment we are born, our fate in this life is born with us.
Fully agree that life without hereafter does not make sense.
I get it!😵💫😊
Or maybe this life is all we have. It's comforting to believe in an afterlife. It's merely a way for people to cope and press on. I've grown very fond of the anti-natalism movement. If people are not born, then they won't suffer.

You don’t have to know the answer to the question. A life of rich experiences, wins and losses, joys and struggles, growth and loss, that is a life worth living.

Is there a whole world to explore? Wouldn't you like to discover and give new meaning to life?
There is such a thing as greater purpose. Go out and help 10 people. I'm talking small stuff. Things like holding the open for someone with full hands; or saying something kind, to woman struggling with a toddler. For it it is written; "As you give, so shall you receive". Our lives have greater meaning, than often, we can see. I'm going go out on a limb, and that God has already removed an obstacle in your life, that was blocking you from the light, or absorbing all your energy. Soon you will see the light. Mark my words.
Life is either nothing but work to survive or take from the weak
Beautiful! He has done great work to arrive at a conclusion. The only outstanding is for any to decipher which of the faith is absolutely correct
For all living organisms, the meaning of life is the survival of the species. For those philosophically inclined, the meaning of life is whatever the meaning you assigned to life and pursue it.
The Universe doesn't care, and ultimately nothing matters. In the meantime, people believe what they want about life, their personal lives, their destiny and anything else that comforts them. You become what you think about and you can believe whatever you want to believe.
Tolstoy was excommunicated by the Russian Orthodox Church. He denied the divinity of Jesus Christ and mocked the traditions and canons of the Church. As far as his writing goes, I much prefer Fyodor Dostoyevsky. My favorite Dostoyevsky novel is "The Brothers Karamazov.
I started with a little skepticism. But you ended it with a solid truth: faith is a solution. However, is it the truth? I don't know, but I must believe it in order to be satisfied/comforted.
Exactly, I worked all my life with faith in Jesus Christ this faith kept me alive and inspired
We are immortal souls that have drifted away into a mortal world. Our purpose here is to willfully learn our way back. This is achieved by abandoning all attachments to this world and just allowing ourselves to be.
Once you realize you never left home, Is when you can stop looking for a way to get back home.
@ Yes! We have always been home but are in a dream. We will remain in this dream until we realize it's only a dream and we no longer want to be part of it. That is when we awaken to what we have always been.
Immortal souls? This is what you believe not necessarily the truth
Meaning there is nothing like an imortal soul ? Everything is mortal? @@nickcolangelo9529
Lol
We are here to come to an understanding of ourselves 😮
The life we have on earth is just a prelude to the real life to come!
lol....we arent immortal dude. Enjoy the time we have.
@ you’ll find out otherwise
From the very beginning of this video I answered the question as to the meaning of life. Faith! I watched to the end to see if there was a conclusion to the question. To my surprise, it ended with what I believed. You just have got to simply believe because it answers the fundamental question. It’s not giving up, it’s recognizing that HE does exist. HE presents you with the ability to doubt every possible logical conclusion, and if you reject faith, you’ll never end your search. Just let yourself go, believe, in the face of all humanly logical empty conclusions, and you will have peace. Faith answers the fundamental question … period.
Yes and I beleive faith is all we can do, however I would point out that Faith in itself is not the end, it is the means that will propel you to redemption, enlightenment, awakening...
@@PJB-n2f Exactly! Thank you for completing my point. At the end of my comment I was searching for words concluding my thoughts of faith and you came through with flying colors.
When my b.p is fine and no body pain, i am feeling peace and deepness, even spiritually strong. When i am sick b.p. not in control , no spirituality works , no prays and chanting verses work, only disturbance, anxiety, so i think the balance of chemicals in our body bring good feeling and happiness, during b.p high or low you are totally disturbed, and we feel sadness and anxiety, good health only brings joys, as in our childood and young age, we usually feel happiness , always remember beautiful days of childhood and ignorance innocent period, more knowledge and age bring sadness, pain, anxiety etc. i am religious but reality is my feelings bind me with health and age
Praying and beleaving helps,
however, b.p.-regulating medikaments might also be necessary, in order to keep the b.p. in ballance.
Prayer and faith keep us continuously in ballance, anyways.
Pray for you to remain untroubled,
God bless you.
Thank you for sharing this! I wish you the wellness and peace you deserve!
a honest answer ! one can also add basic finances along with health. those who struggle with basic necessities and for money to get basic things dont have the luxury to contemplate. there is no joy in religion or prayer if no one out there can help them survive. i think of the foresaken health wrecked beggars outside a temple who thank god everytime someone gives them a dime. it feels like a miracle to them that someone even cares.
Life is a mystery to be resolved not a problem to be solved - Ramakrishna Paramshamsa.
It is for individuals to find out the meaning and purpose of life.
The question we all made ourselves at least once.
We are born to be alive, and when its over time runs out.
@@katherinepercey9105 yes, stating the obvious, but why?
When we die, life is just beginning
Man has questioned his existence for thousands of years and will continue to do so in the future
Meaning of life = that girl at the end has a magical smile. Enjoy life my friends, it is short.
In the Bible, we are taught that some meaning is beyond our comprehension-not understandable to us. Maybe like quantum physics. If someone explained it to me, I wouldn’t comprehend
Having gone through a NDE my belief is that we never die we just transition or our energy does. Even a genius with a mind like Elon Musk is insignificant relative to understanding why we exist. I have hundreds if not thousands of lifetimes to go maybe more than I can count before my soul progresses enough TO BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND the making of life. So i just stay in my lane and try to do good with the time I have left.
We all have a purpose, and u need faith and hope to reach ur purpose, the journey explains the destination
Well the final solution he suggested works for people who didn't even think about the question before.
Thank you for your observation! 😊 It's interesting how Tolstoy's proposed solution can resonate differently depending on personal experiences. Sometimes, even those who have never asked certain questions can find inspiration in the depth of his reflections. 🙏
People always talk about others but no one knows anything about the other person especially when they wasn't there! Living there life! One should focus on living there own life! And treat each other how you would want to be treated with love and respect ❤
It's a strange paradox, but it seems 'happiness' cannot be experienced in the absence of some form of past or present 'suffering'. As a species, we currently live in an age where the world (information) is at our fingertips, and whilst this is amazing and has many benefits, it seems to have created a 'disconnect' where it is increasingly difficult for people to find true peace, meaning and contentment as everything is labelled and compared. Social media has had the unintentional effect of of people feeling not enough or ok just as they are. Thats why we enjoy the company of young children and animals who have no concept of time or ego etc. In my humble opinion and experience, 'happiness' and 'joy' are fleeting and momentary by their very nature, and that realisation allows the space and capacity to value inner peace and self awareness as a greater gift. I'm personally not religious, but there are many wise words and pointers in many historical scriptures relating to this - as such it seems finding oneself, reason for being, and inner peace is something humans of every generation have had to contemplate and grapple with. We live in devisive and turbulent times, amplified exponentially by 24 hour media. However, if you consider there are circa 8 Billion people on the planet, the incidence of bad things - whilst aweful for those directly involved - represents a miniscule percentage of all human interactions. Perspective is everything. We each have our own journey and path, and whilst it's 'thick soup' we are all here for a short time. At 55 years old I have been blessed to have had wonderful loving parents, and I am immensely grateful for that. Now I'm finding that life feels a lot more meaningful and satisfying when I try to put the needs and wellbeing of others before, or at least equal to, my own personal interests and needs. I hope this makes some sort of sense. We come to this Earth with nothing, and materially rich or poor we leave with nothing. Genuine selfless kindness is the greatest gift we can give and receive. Take time to still the mind, allow presence and true consciousness in, and all will be well 🙂
We are here because in the fullness of interminable time it was possible. Anything that can happen will happen.
And if it happened once, couldn't it happen again?
When you have min that is never at sleep , but when you’re awake and you’re ready for more things that are coming your way, life will never be happy…
As everything around has end,and the end must be pleasurable,as every human laughs while die in. We have to live a life like a farmer, always hard working, without hopes, touching with earth and sky, rains, air & almighty Nature.A largest existence. That is living and die in,a king size, that is the purpose of life one should have in mind.
The universal unchangable fact is that everything comes into existence and then ceases to exist
Why does the Universe need meaning? We are being a little too grandiose to imagine that the answers have to be available to us at any point. Our insignificance is enormous.
My question is, “DO we exist?”
“I think, therefore I am,” is actually, “I think, therefore I think I am.”
What if you are a non thinker?
Nothing will end. Something can't appear out of nothing. Nothing can disappear, only change form.
The meaning of life is to experience it! And this will not be the last one you experience. If you’re here then you have some sort of deep conscience I think that will go on for eons and you already existed for eons. There no beginning nor end to you only your body.
God is the reason for everything… his kingdom with no end is exactly where you wanna be.
❤️🙏🏽✝️
We find it hard to think that life has always existed, but it doesn't seem to be as hard to think that God has always existed. I believe that life has always existed and will always exist in all its amazing variety.
When you accomplished in life. You can think that way. When you broke and miserable. No time to question existence.
You are wrong... I think it's vise versa... When you broke and miserable you tends to question life

The universes ultimate goal is to dissipate completely.
I believe the universe created life for the sole purpose of increasing entropy to hasten the process.
Over 45 years ago, I pulled my chvy4×4 over to the side of the road. There, in a time of despair, overwhelming , sense of purpose came.
Very simply, " Become the best man I could be. " It's been a long road. Why it happened, don't know. But I've never given up. Never give up . Peace through Faith, through God .
Tolstoy's quest for meaning is very similar to Solomon's quest in the book of Ecclesiastes.
We’re just passing through. In the infinity of things, how much can it matter?
'Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.'
-Ecclesiastes 3:11
