I might also add. The US had the ability to project power across the entire Pacific Ocean. It had complete naval and air superiority over Vietnam. Never were the Vietnamese able to the same. You have to know your statement is stupid and false. I actually have a lot of respect and appreciation for the Vietnamese people. Nevertheless, the US had the power in its hands to reduce Indo-China to cinders in a short time. The Vietnamese "won" their wars b/c the big nations they fought restricted themselves. You do understand that reality, right?
I might also add. The US had the ability to project power across the entire Pacific Ocean. It had complete naval and air superiority over Vietnam. Never were the Vietnamese able to the same. They only projected power on their neighbors...Laos and Cambodia. Of course, they had China to back them up. They won the war b/c the US allowed them to. That's a truthful statement.

The US fail to achieve their objective so therefore they lost. Go check out the US evacuatiNg from Saigon, that don’t look like a winner to me.
