BTW, I have and shoot with a Nikon F4/F4S depending on battery setup, an Olympus OM2SP and OM2n, Minolta XD-11, Olympus Infinity Superzoom 330, Minolta Autocord, and the Olympus Flex.
Nice collection of never-sell film cameras. Mine would include the Lomo LC-A (my first non-disposable 35mm camera) and the Pentax 67 (love the big hi-res negs).
Nikon F2a, Nikon F75, Olympus Af1 Infinity with the super sharp 35mm f2. 8 Zuiko, 1957 Yashica Mat with the 75mm Lumaxar f3.5 lens and my first camera I was given when I was 9, a Box Brownie made in England, takes 120 film and has 2 apertures. My never sell list: Schneider 150mm Convertable lens for my Omega View 4x5, Fuji G690 BLP w/100 EBC lens, Mamiya RB67, and my Mamiya 645 1000s. I know the Omega View 45E is super budget but it does what I need. I shoot 35mm from time to time but they are so affordable now I wouldn't consider any to be unsellable. Great video!
I hadn't heard of the Omega view so I looked it up, and those are pretty affordable! I've been considering a Toyo 4x5 for a while but haven't pulled the trigger. I think it's the convenience of roll film that stops me from purchasing large format. Plus all the additional setup for developing etc. Maybe one day haha. I'm glad to hear you liked the video.
@@filmismorefun The Toyo cameras were better built, are plentiful in Japan, and have tons of accessories. Roll film is great, if you want to dip your toe into 4x5 compactly, maybe consider an old press camera or a field camera. Thank you for your videos.
Mine: Pentax ME Super - a recent replacement for my first SLR bought in 1981 Yashica Minister 700 - made in limited numbers and it just feels so good to use. Mamiya C3 - just got it and love it. Maybe I would sell it for a C330. Nah, no need for an auto-cocking shutter is there.
Mine: Nikon AF400 pns - Gifted by old camera store owner when i show my first interest on film camera. Pentax K1000 - a camera that i used to learn manual settings and photography in general. Pentax KX - Holds so much memory because i travelled and shoots a lot with this camera. Hope it lasts forever
Definitely Yashica D for medium format and Leicaflex SL2 (50th anniversary edition 🖤) for 35mm. Both solid as tanks and very straightforward- no frills. They're my all-time favorites after buying and selling quite a few.
@@filmismorefun It really is! Leica Rs are usually overlooked for the rangefinders, but I love them. Also have an R4, but the SL2 is the winner by a mile.

Leica M5 Koni Omega Rapid - other than cleaning and lubing the film advance every few years, this thing is indestructible Bronica SQa - for as long as the electronics hold out FE2 - the fast speeds aren't what they should be, but it's just so wonderful otherwise
Great cams! My never-sell film cams are ALL OF THEM! They each have their own unique purpose and look and I wouldn't part with them unless I had to. They are: - Nikon L35 AF (point and shoot): 35mm 2.8 fixed lens (excellent sharpness for a 1983 P&C). Fun fact: this camera will rewind your film and leave the leader out for you so you don't have to open the cassette to develop! - Nikon F100: All the features of a DSLR but shoots 35mm film at a whopping 4.5 frames a second! I bought this camera because I have a ton of Nikon lenses and they ALL work with this camera. So I get the speed and accuracy of digital, while using different films for different looks. - Konica T4: I was gifted a bag of Konica lenses and a bricked camera. I bought the T4 so the lenses wouldn't go to waste. I took this to the beach for casual shots. MAN, what a great camera. - Bronica ETRS: New to me for about 2 weeks. Haven't shot it yet...correctly, anyway. Wasted a whole roll of Fomapan 400 by loading it incorrectly. Fed fine. Came out inside-out. $4.75 to learn how to NOT load film. Around, down and out....not rolled over and then over the face. Eek! Lol Oh....and us cam nerds NEVER find this stuff boring. Love it.
I love the leader out feature. I believe both the F5 and F100 support leader out, but the firmware has to be changed by the Nikon service center. It sounds like you have quite a collection haha.
Great (and occasionally funny) video! Nice selection of cameras. The Yashica is a tank. I have the Yashica-A which was my dads from 1957. Much simpler version of your camera and I love it. Cool video. I have a "semi-never sell" list. I sell a camera, then miss it, then buy it again. I've owned three M3s, including the camera I started with that my dad gave me about 45 years ago. I just sold the third M3. I've had 2 Nikon F3 HPs. Thinking of selling the current one, but I know I'll regret it. On my second F2AS. I'm currently running my first roll through the new Infinity Tele to test it. I'm kinda curious to compare it to images from the twin. As far as I know there nearly identical, aside from the weather proofing but maybe it will be sharper. It's definitely as noisy that's for sure lol.
When someone says "love these cameras.", that's a personal choice based on usage, relation to past life events recalled during use, or whatever. I.m not sure if he is seeking objective validation, here, and from his overall selection, I doubt he would get much.
