because you're essentially just stealing someone else´ song and uploading it again (with minor changes). On youtube you can upload edits of songs, but you wont get any money from them unless you own the song ip or whatever its called, on spotify, as far as I always thought, your edit just gets taken down (which is also why you find the most edits on soundcloud)
although I just found out that someone did upload my song, just search Aatrox x Ghost
