Functioning of EPFO also needs more effectiveness. Application process for final withdrawl of EPF and pension scheme (EPS) needs to be simplified and more effective. Retired employees must get back their dues by default within a fixed time frame after retirement.EPFO must be responsible for ensuring it's implementation.
