These guys must be absolutely addicted to adrenaline rush of playing live. Otherwise why do it? They all have more money than their future generations could spend.
Well, Charlie said once that he got sick when they didn't travel on tour and long schedule. Didn't play on stage for one year, then he got hospitalized and died on bed.
Playing live like this maybe is the reason why they still alive. They already played as a band for 60 years

At this late date - we’re just happy to have Keef upright. Strapping on the guitar and banging out riffs are simply a bonus. Mistakes and gaffs have always been part of a Stones’ show. Most of his contemporaries are long gone. As long as they keep playing - I’ll keep going to the shows. They are as historic as anything in the British Museum I returned from.

@@andrewm3934 - He was never a technically great player. His age and assorted habits have certainly lead to a decline - but he’s still Keef. I’ll take a diminished Mr. Richards over most.

At this point I m a little divided on it. In early to mid 10s I found it way cool they kept on. But now…I dunno. I think after Watts died maybe it was time to pack it up. I know I’m being a buzz kill. Something just feels strange though.
