i don’t know jin personally, i’m merely just a fan.
however, i just wanna make this video to show you how kind, passionate and incredibly talented kim seokjin is. he’s one of the best people i know. he works so hard for himself and for armys, he’s the most selfless person ever, and he always knows the right words to say during tough times.
i wanted to make this video because there’s a lot of misconceptions about him. he is so special, and i hope people don’t mistake him for someone he’s not. i want people to watch this video and learn about the real kim seokjin. he works his ass off to achieve where he is now, he always stays humble and kind to everyone he meets, he cares deeply for the members and for armys. that’s kim seokjin.
seokjin is known for being the hyung in bts. but all the good things he does, it’s not because he’s a hyung. it’s because he’s kim seokjin.

Yes, Jin really works so hard to make everyone happy. I really love him so much because of how much he puts into everything. I wish I could tell him how much he's helped me. And maybe it's just me, but I could listen to him talk forever. Not when it's scripted, but his words coming from just him are always the best. He has so much wisdom to share and he is aging beautifully. I hope that he stays happy and healthy forever because I don't know what BTS would be without his knowledge, understanding, selflessness, kindness; basically everything. Thank you so much, for this video and your channel in general. You're right, many people tend to make bad assumptions about Jin, when none of them are true. It breaks my heart when he says that Kim Seokjin and BTS Jin are two different people..In the most unexpected times, we can always see that ,way beyond all the goofiness and dad jokes, this boy is still a very shy and introverted person.It must be really extremely hard and exhausting for him to push himself into the realms that are really unfamiliar..But I wish he focussed more on getting happiness doing the things he love and not worry about disappointing people.

I know how hard it's to have that change in your personality specially when you wanted to be accepted and loved by people. Having conflict between your own two personalities, one is inner and one is outer is most difficult thing. the reason why he appreciates himself, is to give himself the confidence he seeks for, and be an inspiration for others out there who fail to see the beauty in themselves- inward and outward for that matter! so folks, no, he's not a narcissist, he just loves himself and compliments himself, which is perceived negatively in the society we live in. praising ourselves for our hardwork is taken as a sign of overconfidence- but this man taught me otherwise!! it is important to praise yourself, positively reinforce yourself- you are the only one who should acknowledge your own hardwork- and you never know that you might be an inspiration to someone out there!!
we might not know the real, Kim seokjin as fans, because he's a pro at hiding his emotions, toss them over to make his members or us feel better-but the one thing i can say, is that his real self, will be so much more aureate and beautiful than what we actually know and see on screen! he is such an inspiration for me, and i really look upto him so much🥺to all the lovely new armys, see beyond what he shows, what he speaks, pay attention to his subliminal brotherly behavior and you'll get to know he is much more than a beautiful, handsome face(which is of course, just a small percent of his appreciation list:))

Jin is the first bias I have ever had since last time I was into K-Pop. Before I tried to avoid K-Pop cause I wanted to avoid getting obsessed, but then I stumbled upon BTS. They are so different to other korean groups, it is like they created their own genre. And I learnt about each members. I love all the members, but I found Jin to be the most relateable with me.
His words and how he presented himself always amazed me, and there are so many layers about Kim Seokjin. He may act goofy, cheerful, but he is also a human that work hard for others but also for himself. He brought positivities in my lowest, his songs always manage to calm me down whenever I found difficulties. He really looks like an angel most of the times in my eyes, but also a very kind human.
I don't know why many people downgrading him and bashing him. He maybe not perfect, but he never purposely offend anyone. He is just a reliable hyung for his members, a great son for his family, and a kind person for those that know him. I hope he is always happy 💜

I love jin soo much. He is such a talented singer and dancer and i absolutely love his silver voice. He is extremely hardworking and consistent. He is also a really comforting person with a high emotional intelligence and positive mindset. I also really love how he is an introvert and the shyest member but is always the ice breaker for the group and sometimes acts goofy to make sure his members less nervous and more comfortable. Honestly i could write whole essays on how much of an amazing and talented person he is and how much comfort he brings everyone with his soulfull voice and kind words.

I think we can learn so much from Kim Seokjin. He admitted in ITS to Suga that if he hadn't met the members he wouldn't have been this passionate in his craft. So we can say he learnt from them, but he didn't become them. He maintained his individuality and took care of himself. He emphasizes time and again that we should go at our own pace and he practices it too. Jk, Jimin and Suga are notoriously hard on themselves. The way Suga admitted that he regrets not living his life more and aspires to be like Jin , Jimin said in a vlive that Jin is so innocent and Jin taught him how to be happy, Jk and Jin just are always happy and playful together... Everyone needs a Kim Seokjin in their life.

I literally cried while watching this. I love him so much, he never fails to inspire me. I tend to overwork myself a lot and after watching him I feel motivated and encouraged. I cannot even imagine what life could be without him. He is truly such an angel and a precious gem. We are blessed to have an idol like him in our lives.

Remember, Jin did not dance or sing when he was asked to join. He stayed up all night practicing and trying to catch up with the others. It took a lot of very hard work physically and work with voice coaches to get to this level. He has a really impressive work ethic and it worked well for him. He is now approaching JK in singing skills. His ability to hit high notes and hold them is amazing. He adds a great middle ground to the vocals of BTS now. Jungkook as the main singer and Jimin and V at the high end and center. Jin can cover almost anything in between and if you watch the concert videos from just before the pandemic, he holds his own with any material. Recent stuff like Dynamite and Tiny Desk and MTV Unplugged proves that he's equal to any challenge vocally. His progress dancing is equally impressive. He isn't light and compact like Jimin and V and J-Hope but he can move just as easily in intense routines. He came from a rich family, the most well off of all the members, but he doesn't show it. The World Wide Handsome routine is not meant to be an arrogant thing. It's just a joke that he uses to cheer people up. Like all the members, he's a humble, kind, smart and loving companion to the others. He is the oldest and takes that seriously. He hangs with RM a lot and talks about "taking care of the kids." and being a good role model. He and RM are the most emotionally mature of the seven. He feels it's his responsibility to see that they behave appropriately and learn the routines so they can do great shows. He understands his role in the group and has done well at maintaining the mood of happiness and friendship. When Bang picked these 7 boys and had them stay together in the dorm for years, he was like a father and helped them grow into the fine human beings they are today. There isn't a bad apple in the group. They are all people that you would love to have for a best friend. Jin is a fine young man who wanted to make his mother proud. I'd say he sure as hell has accomplished that 500 times over.

I'm just genuinely curious: How could people think he was narcissistic just from that WWH thing? It was very obviously a joke. He wanted to make things lighter and make people laugh. For me, that's a much more humble reaction, rather than just keeping quiet when people call him handsome. He instead turns it around and makes it a joke. I’m so in love with him seriously. He keeps putting a cheerful attitude to make his fans and people in general happy and being funny with his dad jokes even if he feels depressed sometimes, and it just shows what a wonderful man he is. Respectful, kind, mentally strong, grateful, responsible.. he really is the best hyung. It makes me adore him more and more.

Jinnie is so precious! I'm proud to say that his ways of dealing with insecurities and self doubt are actually helping me a lot. He's the one who taught me that giving myself time, cutting myself some slack is very important and its nothing to be ashamed of. He's one person who always puts everyone else's happiness before his own but still is strong enough to give himself some much needed love. I really wish that one day I will become brave enough to take his advice and ask for help in moments of struggle. To me, asking for help is the hardest thing to do but if I'm being able to work on my other issues then one day surely I'll be able to work on that too. Thank you, Kim Seokjin, for making me believe in myself.

Just a small storytime:
Yesterday I was just streaming dynamite on my T.V. and my father was in the same room and it was his maybe sixth or seventh time(obviously since dynamite came out) watching the video, and he barely knows anyone or can even distinguish between the members but still he asked me one thing...that was: Ki wo red dot wali shirt wala ladka zyada nahi dikhta na or shayad gaata bhi kam hai par dekhne me toh accha lagta hai.(translation That red polkadot shirt guy doesn't appear in video as much as others or sing the same amount but he looks handsome) and I was just speechless because I didn't know how to explain it to him...then I literally just said that: agar uski lines kam hai toh kya hua but jitni hai utni me hi woh apna best deta hai(translation even if he has less lines than the others, he gives his best in the ones he sing)
This made me realise how much unfair it is with Jin and how much respect he deserves.... truly a legend❤️❤️❤️

Honestly today, when he told us on Weverse that he's proud of us when we live the Love Yourself philosophy, it makes me so happy to be alive. I just really want to live a good life and believe that I'm worth being happy and there aren't a lot of positive role models life this in my life. I'm so grateful that I discovered BTS.
I think people just really misinterpret Jin’s funny and cheerful side and view it as narcissism. But when you look closer you’ll see he holds BTS together and is one of the best personalities. He shows it in the little things that often go unnoticed, and that’s what I love most about it because he doesn’t try hard to show it and only us ARMY can really see and sense it. He’s grown so much in talent, but remains the same humble personality. He’s my bias because of his personality, not just because he’s an idol.

I think he doesn't force himself as much to be cheerful in front of the camera these days, and I'm honestly happy to see a more relaxed and candid Kim Seokjin in their vlogs and run bts. I never want Jin, or any person or idol to force themselves to be happy when they're actually not - that will drain anyone, in both mind and body! I know, Jin said if he's unhappy he'll let himself feel unhappy, but seeing it's just different seeing him let himself immerse in the moment than think about acting goofy to entertain us. Watching him focus and try hard is fun, too. His charm as mature, wise, intelligent, and kind and generous man and hyung is more visible than ever this 2021. And honestly, the longer hair suits him so much, I wanna look at him forever 😍
I was having an anxiety attack and crying before watching this and somehow I found this video and my attack slowly calmed down and then I started to cry again but I cried happily this time.
BTS really is my strength and the members invidual talks really helps me so much especially Seokjin.
I think I find so many similarites between myself with him so that's why I feel close to him.I always try to make everyone happy and give my love so they feel loved but I'm still trying to love myself fully and try to stay strong when I'm alone. Seokjin's quotes about self love and life are really precious to me because although he is an idol, he is a human too so he really helps me with my depression&anxiety.
I always feel alone and often depressed but when I listen to bts's talks about life, they really give me the strength that I need that time so I think everyone eventually needs someone's advice&words whether the person is someone they know/love or a stranger.
So if anyone feels alone, I understand you and I'm here for you.

and some army still have their tongue out to say that jinie is the worst dancer. we can clearly see his efforts and results. his dancing skills is fine.

I dont think jin is as insecure as me but i also don't think that he is as confident as he shows. i know that he once said that hes saying these things will make him more positive about himself and because of him im also trying to be more kinder to everyone, including me. :) I dont know Kim Seok Jin.
