Those were 2 nice bass Alex! You did the right thing by fishing that wind blown bank. The wind pushes bait toward the bank, and bass follow. I've learned a lot from you since I found your channel last year, so I'd like to share an experience-based tip. Once the bass become energetic, keep your rod tip down after you set the hook. It prevents them from jumping out high enough to throw the lure. I lost a few a month ago over a couple days, and one again Wed evening, because the excitement caused me to forget to lower my rod tip. I've never lost one when I've remembered. Can't wait for your next video, Alex! Have a great weekend!
You ain't watching realistic fishing if there ain't a creepy guy in a truck watching you fish. I was just thinking what to watch on youtube for my last 20 minutes of my shift. Then I noticed the notification. You didn't let me down. That second bass had some nice color.
You can't help but snicker like a kid when you read Reaction Innovations bait names and colors. It really is impressive you are always about to catch some nice bass in very public spots.
I've been watching you for a few weeks, what i love about your videos is that all the mishaps I have you have. It a nice feeling, knowing you're not alone.
Bingeing your videos today while its storming out. Gotta say you really are amazing. You fish the same handful of spots and always manage to keep it interesting. And you do all of this from the bank!!
I’ve always liked sweet beaver. It’s been a crazy spring here in NC too. Almost got hot in February cold as hell in March and then instant summer by the third week of April. That second bass was a pretty fish.
I really like your channel and videos. There is too much of the "Unrealistic", or videos not everyone can expect when fishing. Thanks for keeping it real!
"Theres my car" I probably laughed more than I should have at that lol. I'm glad I found and subscribed to your channel. You are genuinely entertaining 🤘.
Appreciate the videos man! It’s little to early here in Michigan for good bass fishing, I’ll have to try that bait out when it warms up, thanks for helpful videos and a good laugh
The sweet beaver is probably one of my favorite beaver baits. Love flipping it into brush and around docks. Also they've got some hilarious color names to boot lol
This sweet beaver looks like it works quite well indeed. Both of those bass were of a good size and put up a little bit of a fight. Not a bad day for fishing indeed my friend. Thanks for sharing.
Sweet Beaver!! Awesome bait name and nice Bass caught on it! You have inspired me to try new baits this year. Every other trip I am changing baits so I don’t get stagnant. I have caught stuff on soft plastics, in-line spinners, crankbaits and jerkbaits so far. Next up is spinnerbaits
Great action realistic!!! Btw huge shoutout to you I finally caught my first bass this morning using your tips. 1.5 lbs with a crank bait you’re the man!
The audio quality on the line trimmer was AMAZING..... lol. Who can resist a Sweet Beaver? "I'm going to split these legs right off the bat" Quote of the day 🤓
Its fast but the drag is backed off a little so it slips if I am too aggressive with it. I want speed for good penetration, but not enough power to rip their face off. And mono stretches a little 👍
Awesome catches on the Sweet~Beaver! 👍The water is starting to look a lot better there now. Funny how sometimes 22,000 Acres of Lake isn't enough for a boater when they see a guy on the Bank catching fish!😂
Sweet beaver! Dude I love this bait! I almost always have one in my tackle box in green pumpkin. One of my favorite baits. I'll have to try fishing it with the appendages still connected. As always super informative video!
Another good video.. I stopped fishing for 5-7 years.. Some of my plastics are 20 years old at least.. But, the old 4" Berkley power bait worm is still working along with Zoom Lizards, Zoom soft jerk baits, Strike King Jig with Net Bait Craw trailer (deadly for big fish)... I need to get with the times and try some of these creature baits..
Man those are too good looking bass. Great job! Your fish seem to keep getting bigger and bigger. Must be doing something right. Keep up the grind look forward to your videos
I love it when you show how you put the bait through the hooks whether wrong or right. I noticed in some videos, it seams like you might have some trouble or whatever with some of those baits and the hook work, and then edit those parts out. Personally I love to see all those things because that is how I learn.
Very nice bass you caught there. Good healthy fish. I also like to throw a beaver style bait, used one the other day from Bitters baits called the 4.5 bfm(big fish muskrat) and was slaying them on it. Sometimes all you need is a nice tight package to catch those quality Bass just like you caught. KIR Brother
That a boy fish them up I’m a friend of chaos paddlers TK have an outdoor bass fishing lots of them I will definitely watch you have my support thank you back
Dude I do see your point sometimes you have to show people that we aren't all these big UA-cam fishermen with 8000 dollar cameras and equipment we have our at most 80 dollar combos and fish to catch and still have great content love the videos dude
nice vid I have been wanting to trtong the pit boss style of bait ( the Berkley one is on clearence at my local Wal-Mart )but i never new how well they worked might have to get a pack!
Realistic I fish only from shore only any tips? My lakes are man made and very clear on bad days u can see 8 feet lol love ur videos ur name is spot on for ur channel
Would you talk more about the retrieval techniques you use on all of the different baits as you fish them? Sometimes it's obvious, other times not so much. Thanks.
I will have to check them out. I have some HAVOC baits that look similar. On the side note though.....who doesn't like a Soft Sweet Beaver I know I do lol.
dude you might want to checkout the kinky beaver... it has been my #1 beaver style bait since i found it in a sales bin. punching or swimming it on a swing head.
Your vids are so educated w fishing tips that work un like the GA GA GA GA GOOGAN S...Don't get me wrong love those guys but I like taking my fishing seriously, thanks again to you my friend..LETS KEEP IT REALISTIC!!
Couple great catches Brother!! I will like to see you weighting the catch once in a while, i was curious how much they weighted. Great Lure. Great Video👍🏻👍🏻
There’s a trick I use when we are on a school of baitfish that requires noise actually lol, when the bass stop busting on bait but we know where the bait is we will run our outboard right over the baitfish and the bass will sometimes fire right back up. Some noise can actually help you! Let that guy run his mower haha
Realistic Fishing I’m stumped. Fish here in Indianapolis Indiana are biting on fast moving baits rather than slow moving craws or worms. At least where I’m at.
Couple questions some of you may be able to answer. I'm going out this Friday to fish lake pleasant in Phoenix AZ, I'm relatively new to fishing az as I grew up and fished swamps, rivers and creeks in New Jersey. Any idea of what to fish and how to fish it in the desert with little to know veg? I know the lake has state record channel and flathead cats, largemouth, white bass, a small population of smallies, crappies, tilapia, a slew of baitfish and an overwhelming amount of stripers, I just don't know what they're munching on or how to present my baits for them. And should I be tying direct to the lure/hook or is it ok to use a snap-swivel? Again being from jersey and fishing thick marsh, grass, and just general muck I always used a snap and never had an issue with the fish being spoiled since half the time they couldn't see all that far into the water, and in the rivers it was ungodly muddy so I never worried and the creeks we only went for trout so would just tie on one hook for the whole day. All that being said any help would be greatly appreciated!
Nice! I've been getting them on the Magnum Rage Bugs lately, and even on chatterbaits using the Yum! Craw Chunks as a trailer. Actually not sure if I picked them up at Wal-Mart or not but Yum! make a little tube style realistic craw with a short curved tail and an opening to put Crappie Nibbles or other thick attractants.
Joseph Wheeler yep pretty much. The Yum chunks don't seem to be as long as some of the other ones, if you need on another brand that is too long you can usually cut or tear some off, but they are thick so they hold up decent. www.yumbaits.com/yum-craw-chunk-1
Joseph Wheeler there ya go, those are the ones I'm talking about. Yum! have another just called chunk that's different. If you go to their main page though and click crawfish style baits it's quiet a few that would work. I like those because the claws move great with the vibration and can actually hold the chatterbait up a little better if you pause some on the retrieve. These in the video look good too, and the Strike King Magnum Rage Bugs are another great creature bait.
Joseph Wheeler forgot to say just make sure it pushes up as far as it can to the band holding the actual jig streamers and is fairly straight down the hook with the claws hanging off the back and the hook up through the body of the bait.
Well that just goes to show you it’s pretty hard to resist a sweet beaver! Those two bass were really nice!! Another awesome video man even though the lawn mower guy found you for a short time lol lol 😂
Really nice one that first one. Can't believe they hit those Sweet Beavers but they sure do. Enjoyed it as usual. Fish on!
Bass cant resist a sweet beaver 😂
All that talk about sweet beaver and spreading legs, I’m dying over here 😂
This show is PG 😅
He wasn't mowing the grass. He was ripping every single fold straight out of the roots. Holy shit, I've never heard a mower so loud
Shit, I flinched when the rock moved on you also...lol
Those were 2 nice bass Alex! You did the right thing by fishing that wind blown bank. The wind pushes bait toward the bank, and bass follow.
I've learned a lot from you since I found your channel last year, so I'd like to share an experience-based tip. Once the bass become energetic, keep your rod tip down after you set the hook. Can't wait for your next video, Alex! Have a great weekend!
I rarely lose fish when they are jumping because they can't get any leverage on a single hook lure. 😉
Then I don't know what I did wrong. Only one way to find out - I need to fish more. 😁
dude I LOVE those sweet beavers, I use them in south florida when flipping heavy grass, great work as usual brother
Sweet! beaver
You ain't watching realistic fishing if there ain't a creepy guy in a truck watching you fish.
I was just thinking what to watch on youtube for my last 20 minutes of my shift. Then I noticed the notification. You didn't let me down. That second bass had some nice color.
Thanks for watching during your shift 😂
You can't help but snicker like a kid when you read Reaction Innovations bait names and colors. It really is impressive you are always about to catch some nice bass in very public spots.
Thats right, public parks have fish. You have to come original to get em 👍
That sweet beaver is a killer bed bait. And perfect for a t-rig. Gotta love it
It sure is. Anything shaped like a craw, I have confidence in it. 👍
My man! I love some sweet beaver!
I like fishing too! 😆
This lure brings them both together 👍
I've been watching you for a few weeks, what i love about your videos is that all the mishaps I have you have. It a nice feeling, knowing you're not alone.
Its a grind, not a fairy tale 😉
Man why is it when I'm searching for sweet beaver I always end up at a fishing channel. UGH. lol They make great Jig trailers.
Oh, you were looking for a different sweet beaver.... 😂
NOTHING BEATS A SWEET BEAVER!
Sweet Beaver!
Just bought that same plastic. Can't wait till Saturday to try them myself. You are Realistically teching me to fish.
Good luck out there!
Bingeing your videos today while its storming out. Gotta say you really are amazing. You fish the same handful of spots and always manage to keep it interesting. And you do all of this from the bank!!
I have about 12 spots that I rotate depending on the seasons. 👍
I’ve always liked sweet beaver. It’s been a crazy spring here in NC too. Almost got hot in February cold as hell in March and then instant summer by the third week of April. That second bass was a pretty fish.
Same here 🤔 What happened to spring?
I really like your channel and videos. There is too much of the "Unrealistic", or videos not everyone can expect when fishing. Thanks for keeping it real!
Thanks Brad!
"Theres my car" I probably laughed more than I should have at that lol.
I'm glad I found and subscribed to your channel. You are genuinely entertaining 🤘.
Thanks Team Skunk 👍
Those beavers are in my top 3 favorite baits!! Those were some really nice bass!
👍
Appreciate the videos man! It’s little to early here in Michigan for good bass fishing, I’ll have to try that bait out when it warms up, thanks for helpful videos and a good laugh
Thanks for watching Tim 👍
The sweet beaver is probably one of my favorite beaver baits. Love flipping it into brush and around docks. Also they've got some hilarious color names to boot lol
😀 yeah they do
Them damn guys in a boat! Nice bass you caught. They looked great! Keep up with the great videos. You never let me down on your videos.
Thanks Michael 👍
This sweet beaver looks like it works quite well indeed. Both of those bass were of a good size and put up a little bit of a fight. Not a bad day for fishing indeed my friend. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching MP 👍
Craw style baits are a great go-to bait when the bite gets tough!!
They are great for me any time 👍
Sweet Beaver!!
Good luck! 👍
Fun vid! When that truck rolled through the parking lot at 3:35 I thought it was that dude creepin' again. LoL
Great action realistic!!! Btw huge shoutout to you I finally caught my first bass this morning using your tips. 1.5 lbs with a crank bait you’re the man!
Awesome. Good job Julio 👍
I love those lures. I like the Man Bear Pigs in Dirty Sanchez color. They work good where I am
👍
The audio quality on the line trimmer was AMAZING..... lol. Who can resist a Sweet Beaver? "I'm going to split these legs right off the bat" Quote of the day 🤓
Sweet Beev 😀
I don’t think I have ever seen anyone set a nastier hook than this guy #respect
Its fast but the drag is backed off a little so it slips if I am too aggressive with it. I want speed for good penetration, but not enough power to rip their face off. And mono stretches a little 👍
Awesome catches on the Sweet~Beaver! 👍The water is starting to look a lot better there now. Funny how sometimes 22,000 Acres of Lake isn't enough for a boater when they see a guy on the Bank catching fish!😂
Thats always how it goes... They will come from across the lake if they see you catching 😂
Crushing it. Sweet beaver. Some of the names of these baits are hilarious
This one was particularly fun 😂
18k subscribers? People sure do love some Realistic Fishing! I remember when you had about 5k. That's incredible, Alex. Keep it up!
Thanks 👊
Sweet beaver! Dude I love this bait! I almost always have one in my tackle box in green pumpkin. One of my favorite baits. I'll have to try fishing it with the appendages still connected. As always super informative video!
Thanks for watching WInston, its a good one for sure. 👍
I like the fact you use all the lures I'm curious about using but don't necessarily want to buy at the moment lol great vid!
Gotta try em all!
There will always be something new. But I still like to fish the old stuff too 👍
Man those are too good looking bass. Great job! Your fish seem to keep getting bigger and bigger. Must be doing something right. Keep up the grind look forward to your videos
Thanks Brad 👍
Great video man. I have a bag in my boat I’ve had for a while and never use them guess it’s time to try them out.
Worth a try for sure 👍
Those baits I sent are going to last you a full year! Very happy to see them working
I love trying out new lures! 👍

Thanks Matt 👍
How did I miss this one?? Great stuff man!! As always! And I can’t believe you said “sweet beaver” !!! Hahaha!!! Just about choked on my tea!!! 😂😂😂😂
Sweet beaver! 😂
I love it when you show how you put the bait through the hooks whether wrong or right. I noticed in some videos, it seams like you might have some trouble or whatever with some of those baits and the hook work, and then edit those parts out. Personally I love to see all those things because that is how I learn.
Gotta love the beaver bait!!!! Nows great time to throw em 👍🏼 loving it! And loving you getting the progress you deserve almost 20k!!!!! Cheers
Thanks DevinD 👍
7:01 HOOKEM in the mouth! He thought 💭 he was gonna get away. Nice video Alex .
Ha! It sucks when you think your falling in. Glad I didn't 😂
Nice man I can’t watch the vid right now I’m not home but I liked and I will watch later when i can. Keep It Realistic 👌👌
👍 Thanks
Love that bait cast reel
Got some in blacklight for murky. Can't wait to do some flipping with them.
I am sure they will be great 👍
Very nice bass you caught there. Good healthy fish. I also like to throw a beaver style bait, used one the other day from Bitters baits called the 4.5 bfm(big fish muskrat) and was slaying them on it. Dude I do see your point sometimes you have to show people that we aren't all these big UA-cam fishermen with 8000 dollar cameras and equipment we have our at most 80 dollar combos and fish to catch and still have great content love the videos dude
I did it on a $15 combo for a while last year. No problem 👍
And this is why we watch the videos
I’ve watched this video many times. I just received my Sweet Beavers from tackle warehouse n the same color you used in this video.
nice vid I have been wanting to trtong the pit boss style of bait ( the Berkley one is on clearence at my local Wal-Mart )but i never new how well they worked might have to get a pack!
One of my favorites 👍
That sweet beaver is an awesome lure!! Nice job man!!!
Thanks!
Awesome video! Will buy some of these to try this spring.
Thanks for making Realistic Fishing.
👍
Great video, That Good old sweet beaver does wanders.
Its sweet! beaver...
Realistic I fish only from shore only any tips? My lakes are man made and very clear on bad days u can see 8 feet lol love ur videos ur name is spot on for ur channel
I dont have much experience with clear lakes. But I hear that natural colors like silver, white, and translucent varieties work best.
Been a long time since I had the Sweet Beaver on the hook lol. My son uses these and has won some local tournaments with them.
Just purchased the Sweet Beaver “Dirty Sanchez” a must for any tackle box.
Lol, sweet beaver. Glad it worked. Keep up the great work
😂
That bait caught me a lot of fish
Nice!
wow great job, that bait is one of my favorites.
👍
Love your vids man keep it going
Thanks John 👍
Adding a like and comment for content activity 😏 but really I just enjoy watching all your videos when I'm not out in the water myself.
Thanks J Money
Would you talk more about the retrieval techniques you use on all of the different baits as you fish them? Sometimes it's obvious, other times not so much. Thanks.
I fish all texas rigs pretty much the same... slow drag, twitch, drag... mix it up with pauses.
Thanks again.
Sweet beavers get it done!
Oh yeah!
I will have to check them out. I have some HAVOC baits that look similar. On the side note though.....who doesn't like a Soft Sweet Beaver I know I do lol.
Havoc Pit Boss is almost the same thing 👍
You should try throwing some lipless crank baits the bass where I live go nuts over any lipless with blue on the top
I have a few vids using lipless cranks, thanks
Not even kidding...even ur commercials are more realistic..more Ford and Mitsubishi as opposed to Lexus. Great content as usual 😂😂😂
I prefer "reviews" 😂
That's awesome. Good stuff as always.
Thanks Steve! 👍
Way to go with that Sweet Beaver..lol.. nice catches 👍
👍😂
dude you might want to checkout the kinky beaver... it has been my #1 beaver style bait since i found it in a sales bin. punching or swimming it on a swing head.
Those bass put one hell of a fight 🐟on
Jumping like crazy!
Reaction Innovations has the best bait names. 🤣🤣
😂
Your vids are so educated w fishing tips that work un like the GA GA GA GA GOOGAN S...Don't get me wrong love those guys but I like taking my fishing seriously, thanks again to you my friend..LETS KEEP IT REALISTIC!!
Sweet Beavers are awesome. They are the ORIGINAL beaver bait.
Sweet! beaver
Couple great catches Brother!! I will like to see you weighting the catch once in a while, i was curious how much they weighted. Great Lure. Great Video👍🏻👍🏻
I am not concerned with what they weigh unless I think its a PB. So I just guess 😅
Much Respect!! Keep up with the good work!! 👍🏻👍🏻
There’s a trick I use when we are on a school of baitfish that requires noise actually lol, when the bass stop busting on bait but we know where the bait is we will run our outboard right over the baitfish and the bass will sometimes fire right back up. Some noise can actually help you! Let that guy run his mower haha
I dont care if the fish like it, it sucks for the audio on the video 😂
Realistic Fishing forgot about that 😂
literally my favorite channel
Thanks Kay 😀
Realistic Fishing you're welcome!
Awesome video man. You should do some top water fishing, thatd be a cool video.
Not if I don't catch anything 😅
I love me some sweet beaver, especially after a few cold ones and a decent pair of beer goggles.
You are talking about fishing lures right? 😅
Realistic Fishing
I’m stumped. Fish here in Indianapolis Indiana are biting on fast moving baits rather than slow moving craws or worms. At least where I’m at.
Pre spawn agression... We are into / exiting the spawn. They are a little tired.
Nice job dude. Lol keeping it real with the landscapers haha 🍺
Thats right 🍺
you got there some nice bass , well done
Thanks Fishing Channel 👍
Couple questions some of you may be able to answer. All that being said any help would be greatly appreciated!
I really wouldn't know. Maybe watching the channel Sin City Outdoors can give you some ideas. He fishes in Nevada 👍
The one I used similar was a ugly otter it caught fish when nothing else would as with beaver baits
Bass Nazi if you don’t mind me asking, how do you add the trailer? Do you just put it on the hook?
It’s been a strange season here. Cold days, warm days, snow and now hot.
I hear ya 😅
I always like the video before I even start watching.... your videos are always great and the best part no bull shit !!!!
Thanks Pineapple 👍
Nice couple of bass my friend!

Well that just goes to show you it’s pretty hard to resist a sweet beaver! Those two bass were really nice!! Another awesome video man even though the lawn mower guy found you for a short time lol lol 😂
Sweet Beaver is irresistible to bass.😂
Realistic Fishing and man
What happened to that budget bait caster you were using? $15 combo I think. Maybe I missed a vid somewhere.
Nothing happened to it, it still works. I think using it for a few months proved it worked.
The blower and mower guy should really be apart of your intro😂
Maybe one day 😂
Brobee appearance and some “Sweet Beaver”!!!
Yo... gabba... beaver
Great video as always buddy, thanks for sharing!
Nice fishing as always buddy!
Thanks Marshall 👍
Nice couple bass good for you.
Oh yeah 👍
