- Decided to perm/relax my hair myself because why not?! Y'all know I'm a DIY diva. Y'all I just be doing stuff lmao. This is the reason I was "growing my hair out" lmao. I think it came out pretty good considering the circumstances lol
I used the ORS Olive Oil No-Lye Hair Relaxer EXTRA Strength kit and everything that I needed was provided in the box. (I ended up only using half of the mixture)
I used the Design Essentials Compositions Foaming Wrap Lotion & water to style my hair.

I relaxed my hair after being natural 3 yrs and so far I do not regret it! Natural hair is a lot of work and very time consuming. If I decide to go back natural I will just cut it off and start over 🤷🏾♀️

From a veteran pixie girlie, I’ll tell you that Avlon Affirm Fiberguard Sensitive Scalp Relaxer is that girl!
Get into it.
In the future, I suggest starting with the nape and edges first, then the remainder of your hair.
Affirm was the truth when I was relaxed!

I only use half a container to do my entire head, the 9 piece kit and it lasts me a year.

Just remember that a virgin relaxer isn't going to yield the most straight results -- and you used a box relaxer which coats the strands in general. Your next one will give you more that "bone straight" look you want. You ate it up regardless!
I asked this on another vid, but ain't to proud to beg: Will you please do a color corrector tutorial?! Like -- how to cover dark circles and spots with corrector and concealer? Yes, there are others on the YT, but I like YOUR work and you're my complexion.
I need to figure out how to give myself a touch up when it’s time. How am I supposed to not overlap the hair when it’s so short?! Hopefully I get figure it out lol

Everyone has their own approach, but I just focus on not getting too much chemical on the already relaxed parts I also NEVER go for bone straight when my hair is short -- mainly b/c I put a lot of heat on it. Finally -- protective styles. They allow more new growth to come in so touch-ups have more roots to be applied to. I can't wait to see all you do with this look! @@DWOODMUA
